I would like to thank the following people in my life who have supported me on my journey. You have helped me to understand myself and God better. Your kindness and wisdom are like delicate embroidery, which has stitched itself deep within my soul.

    Intro

I had no words — I did not know how to speak. Darkness had captured me. It was as if I lived in a room and was never able to leave. Through a window, I could only watch the world go by, wishing to be part of it all. I was trapped. I didn’t know how to open the door, even though it was never locked. I guess I was too afraid to open it. I was afraid of everything. My confidence failed me, time and time again. I found myself to be bound in a state of hopeless confusion and insecurity. I
