    If you prefer to do exercises outdoors than in the gym and you want to complement your running training, this article is for you. Out of the conventional, without limits, for any type of person, this is the Street Work or street work, a sports activity that was born in the streets of Brooklyn, United States and that has expanded throughout the world, and making the exercise available to everyone and there are no excuses for not staying fit and having daily contact with the exercise.

    Street Work has positioned itself on the streets of the world and has become a boom among those who prefer the outdoors than a gym and best of all in its time, space and rhythm. A training for all, which positively changes your lifestyle to welcome the exercise that requires strength, decision and very important constancy to be able to train on the street.

    Since 2011, the Street Workout World Cup has been celebrated in different parts of the world such as Spain, the United Kingdom, Morocco, Venezuela, France, Colombia, the United States and others. The exercises that are normally performed in this movement are anaerobic, which help increase and strengthen muscle mass and strength and of course say goodbye to sedentary lifestyle.

    Train on the street

    Stop training for lack of money to enroll in the gym, now is an excuse. Say goodbye to sedentary lifestyle just by leaving home and go to a park with exercise machines will be your best option. Since it is something that has become common at the time of being in shape.

    The Street Work, is to put to work his body with all the fixed public machines, which are placed in a park or busy place in the street in order to perform exercises, relying on the elements that are achieved there without spending a single euro for it. Self-loading exercises are those that are used in this training modality.

    But remember that these exercises require a lot of coordination, management of our body, a constant practice to see desired results.

    Calisthenics training
