What to Do After the Coming Collapse

About this ebook
It is the Author's belief that because of the Complexity of our Society; the long, expensive Supply Chain that relies on a now ever-reducing supply of Fossil Fuel; because we have created fragile Financial Systems tightly integrated globally; as well as a host of other reasons covered in this book, we will, very shortly, have a Global Collapse.
Our Top priority today should be Global Warming (Climate Change), yet we all continue to "Do Nothing".... and Hope for the Best.
This book of about 10,000 words is designed for those who survive the Coming Collapse, those fledging Pioneers that must start over, but hopefully this time, with the collective wisdom and knowledge of Humanity tucked away in their hip pocket, ready to create a Better Society, a Better Social Organization. One that avoids the many world issues we have today, while creating a stable, peaceful and safe place to raise their Families, one that will Sustain all of them for thousands to perhaps millions of years - until we venture off this Planet to begin Colonizing our Galaxy and beyond.

Growing up in a family of Printer/Publishers, it is only natural that the Author would eventually return to his roots, writing under his own name as well as under the pen name 'Hermit The Writer'. Although his Father offered him the opportunity to carry on the family Publishing business, he decided to set off in a very different direction, first helping his Father sell the business and then easing him enter into an early retirement at age fifty. Over his working career, the Author successfully supported his family as a computer programmer and eventually as manager in the Academic community and later in the Aerospace world. Seven years as a Entrepreneur running his own computer Consulting, installation and supplies business followed by a Teaching post at the High School level for students with Learning disabilities, completed the Author's compulsory work activity. As a Cancer Survivor of many years himself, it was a devastating blow to lose his life partner to Breast Cancer at the end of a six-year battle. It was, at this point where the Author's epiphany occurred, showing him an Alternate Strategy, a new way for all of us to live. One that removed Money, removed Currency and Profit from the equation, leaving us with a lot less Competition and a lot more Co-operation, with true Sharing instead of Profiteering as the basis of our daily lives, for both the Individual and at the Community level. Applying this principle, this idea, the Author spent the past eight years of his retirement working on the details of a plan to Eliminate World Poverty. His TTPP project incorporates a natural, non-technical Solution for Global Warming while providing a "step up" for those Below The Poverty Line (BTPL), at the same time. His intention now is to implement "A New Social Organization" worldwide, that is equitable and fair for each World Citizen on the planet. He hopes that, with the help of other like-minded individuals, he can leave a better Legacy for his children, his grandchildren and now great grandchildren.

What to Do After the Coming Collapse
Chapter 1: Introduction
THIS BOOK IS MEANT to be an introduction, a brief overview of this New Paradigm we are calling A New Social Order (ANSO - Our New Paradigm - A New Social Order; A New Societal Organization;
A New Shared Organization - A New Way to Organize Humanity)
As you new Pioneers begin to explore what is left after the Collapse, you may be pleasantly surprised to learn that there is no need to dig into the planet to find raw materials anymore. For example, there is currently more Copper above ground than there is below ground. As well, Aluminum and Steel are also extensively recovered, recycled, and reused [1], so no need to mine, just melt down scrap, recycle, re-purpose and reuse.
As you read more about Our New Paradigm
(see Appendix a), just imagine a world of Villages - about 7.7 million for our current population, each one unique in its customs, culture, traditions, language and dialect, religious beliefs, geography and of course weather.
Now connect the dots - add an Internet-like connection for each Village. One that the local population can use to Share any surplus with other Villages; can signal emergencies and action plans to help; a connection to advertise local or Regional festivals, other forms of entertainment, a local need for skilled workers; Research projects; working groups of all kinds, and so on.
The labor and materials that were previously squandered by the Military, and by Businesses that added little to no value for the Common Good, are now, in this world of New Sharing Villages, used to not only provide each World Citizen with their Basic Needs
(see Appendix c), but this also allows labor and materials to be allocated for Family Wants
(see Appendix c) - those things a Family would like or desire, after all their Basic Needs
have been met.
THE FIRST QUESTION most people ask is Exactly when will this Collapse Happen?
This year?
Next year?
In the next Decade or two?
This question is best answered by soothsayers, by the fortune tellers, oracles and professed prognosticators. Our friend Nostro Futuro
(see link in Appendix d), when he attempted to forecast the price of Gasoline fuel over three succeeding years. So far his Predictions for the Future are well outside the acceptable target range.
However 'the writing is definitely on the wall' as far as a Crash or a Collapse of one kind or another is concerned.
It is definitely in the offing and could take place this year, certainly within the next decade or two.
- check out a few references: (see Appendix e - Ahmed, Gates, MIT, N. Futuro...).
So, what to do after the Collapse, after our Global Systems, our Governments and Multinational Corporations have all Crashed and Burned?
Sadly Humanity has been too involved in navel-gazing, playing at Social interaction over the Internet to notice we, us, all of Humanity has continued to Do Nothing
(see appendix f) over the past half century.
Even the hole in the Ozone that we thought we fixed a while back may only be temporary, the facts are not all in as of this writing, but all the other eight issues, the items
