Acknowledgements
I typically write fictional action/thriller novels, but since there seems to be so much fiction in government these days, I wanted to put these thoughts on paper.
I know that even making an extreme effort to create this book from a politically agnostic perspective, it will be difficult. Certain beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, of the author will likely have you making decisions about mjy political leanings. With that in mind it may, or may not, be important to be aware that C.C.Chamberlane is considered a fiscal conservative balanced with a liberal view when it comes to humanity, a Social Conservative one might say.
The goal of this book is to hopefully drive intelligent, fact-based, discussion and perhaps even guide decisions you may make that can affect this planet we ALL inhabit. Other than the liberal use of various types of media, nobody has been consulted on this topic.
This work is solely the opinion of the author, attempts were made to get direct answers from various people, but none succeeded.

There was always someone warning, "if we don’t do something about <insert your preferred disaster here> within ten years the planet will be destroyed."
None of those has materialized but that is not to say that climate change is
