About this ebook
Christopher Ayton
Christopher has worked as a classroom teacher for over 30 years. His experience ranges from inner-city mainstream schools to special education needs and disability schools for pupils with challenging behaviour. He has taught from year 1 to year 11. Throughout his career, he stayed committed to classroom teaching, loving the creative challenge of directly teaching pupils. Over the years, he developed the ideas contained in this book. They worked for him and so he shared them with his colleagues. His behaviour-management programme was successful in every area of teaching. Now he shares his behaviour-management techniques with you.
