INTRODUCTION

I read somewhere that the Dalai Lama said the world would be saved by the western woman, and that the 2nd coming of Christ would be from millions of people embracing and sharing their highest soul qualities.

I don’t know if that is true, no one knows, really.

But what I do know is there are millions of heart centered women entrepreneurs out there with HUGE messages of hope, healing and abundant love to share that can and will make a huge positive difference in our world.

The problem is, most heart centered women hold back and play small because when they go to expand, they encounter struggle.

So, they stop their efforts to expand and the people they are here to serve get let down.

The truth is that there are many who want to expand their business and make a difference for the world, but not everyone takes the actions needed to complete it all.

You may hear or feel the calling in your heart that is telling you to expand conflict with another part of you that says.

Oh no, that’s too hard, or too scary, or too big for me, or I don’t have what it takes to be that big.

Or, you may be at the point of choice where you might think,

Do I back down and stay playing small, settle for less and feel comfortable, or do I pull up my bootstraps and try again?

Maybe your circumstances might have backed you into a corner so that the choices are so limited it feels like you can’t do anything different.

Maybe you’re beginning to think that you should stop trying so hard and settle for where you are now, so you can feel safe and comfortable, but not stressed.

But those choices leaves you feeling conflicted.

- Give you written scripts to help you close more sales

- Teach you how to hire good inexpensive help

Really cool practical things like that, right?

The sad news is that the number of people who complete these programs and become successful is less than 30%.

And of the 30% that DO complete their programs, most will have a great month or two, and then they are back scratching their heads wondering why they can’t seem to keep their profits flowing.

Or even more frustrating, at the end of the year, they may find their profit margin is the same, sometimes less than BEFORE they did all the extra work to expand.

I don’t think most coaches and consultants understand the deeper story, the deeper part of what makes a business that matters a profitable success.

And that means, most business owners don’t as well.

And so, we buy programs and DO the tasks listed, and go about making those tasks happen, much like we did in school.

What most programs, coaches and consultants don’t have to offer is how to help you develop your powers of influence to help you become more of YOU.

Because whenever anyone attempts to break through to the next level, MORE of you is required to break through the upper limit ceiling of what you will allow yourself to have.

There is an entire wealth of yourself that you have not yet tapped into, that when you access it and become more of YOU and share more of YOU, that is when the magic starts to happen.

Going to the next level with your business is NOT an easy task for anyone.

For heart centered women it can be even harder, because being heart centered is often equated with being nice, accommodating, and putting others interests ahead of your own.

Those personal qualities have gotten you to where you are now, but it just won’t take your business to the next expanded level.
