Dedication Poem
Here’s To The Unknown Soldier
Here’s to the Revolutionary Soldier who marched on the battlefield
Leading the way even when fully aware He’d look through the musket
Staring into the flash of light, He stood tall in the shadow of death
We might not know their names, still we give thanks for their Sacrifice
The least we could do is stand in their Honor when we hear the Anthem
Without their Standing tall, we’d be kneeling before some other god
Here’s to the Civil War Soldier who marched on the battlefield or bridge
Leading the way even when fully aware they weren’t coming back alive
Yet they stood tall in the shadow of death staring into the flash of light
We might not know the names of the first Soldier fallen for freedom
The least we could do is keep fighting for the freedom they died there
Which is simply standing with hand over heart for the National Anthem
Here’s to the soldiers storming up Normandy beach on D-day into battle
Leading the way out of the boats knowing full well they weren’t coming back
Yet they stood tall in the shadow of death in the sacrifice for victory
We might not know the names of the unknown Fallen Soldiers for freedom
Still we should stand tall in the shadow of the cross for those done wronged
As it’s through this forgiveness we’re marching in victory over sacrifice
Here’s to the Unknown Soldier whom God only knows who you are
Thank you for leading the way so that those behind you could live
Even when knowing you wasn’t coming back, you stood courageously
Forward
Looking back over my Grandfather’s life, who God rest his soul, loved the United States of America. He served his country in the Armed Forces. Glenn Whorl loved the colors of the flag he showed on a pole outside his house. He also loved the bald eagle, and Isaiah 40:31.
Unfortunately, Grandfather’s heart would break over what America’s becoming. And, no, not because of President Trump, but because of all the hatred going on inside the country he loves.
I can’t help but think about my Grandfather as I watch the hate shown on the television, national news. The ‘fake news’ networks stir up more hate than there should be, as if making hate soup.
The sad thing is the hate shown towards President Trump. It is also showing hate for America. If sleepers would look back through history and remember the wars America fought and died to win, then defend freedoms of democracy.
Blindness to the Truth is blocked by cataracts of hate and to hate is a strong hold of the Devil.
My Grandfather would have voted for President Trump. I learned his stances when I grew close to him after mowing his lawn. Our conversations revealed his faithfulness to Jesus Christ through listening to God’s Word.
The Bible says everyone’s a sinner and I too had to remember this after May of 2016 as President Trump wasn’t my first choice. But after he won the Primaries it was at first out of no choice to vote for Trump because I’m Pro-Life above everything else a candidate may stand for. Then after Trump hosted the evangelicals and I learned of Trump accepting Salvation I started seeing his newfound light and the change. I decided to give President Trump the chance without a doubt of his Christianity to see what he could do.
I still believe God is in control of choosing kings, or at least allowing the free will of choice like King Saul and King David. My Grandfather has a greater love for faith in Jesus Christ than America, similar to my faith. It’s why he’d vote for President Trump, choosing to serve Jesus Christ over man’s point of view.
Like I said earlier, it’s unfortunate that some in this country, even some proclaiming to be citizens, hate America rather than serve America’s people.
It breaks my heart seeing some directions this country is taking. I’ve been praying to God, if it be His will on earth as it’s in Heaven, to use my books to impact millions in America in the name of love.
Oddly enough I was mowing my Grandfather’s – now my sister’s – lawn when I felt the Holy Spirit talk to me about this book Battleground America. I was reminded about the works of the Devil. Clearly Satan’s handprints are all over the evil spreading in the United States of America.
Parts of the Church, which my Grandfather also loved, has been sleeping (not the buildings) for far too long and it’s time to wake up the body of Jesus Christ before it becomes a crime to worship Him freely and there’s no new land to travel on the Mayflower this time. We either use our freedoms now to fight for them or lose the chance, lose our freedom as our Forefathers declared so long ago.
We need to start loving America through the actions of Love more than ever, because only the power of love from that of Jesus can overcome the power of hate.
Introduction
Welcome to battleground America, whether you see you’re in it now or later as you read this book. I just pray you read with open eyes of faith to see the Truth through the scripture of God’s Word throughout this book.
That I hope your already seeing around you, because we’re not alone as Satan’s demons battle God’s angels over our souls. How we’re used in this fight is up to each one of us. Belief doesn’t determine their existence as even demons believe God is as real as the darkness that is Satan.
I don’t know how big a role America plays in God’s plans for His Kingdom.
I just know the history God used in making a way for His people to worship Him without scrutiny, and I hope this book helps us to remember the history America played in the role for freedom and those that sacrificed their lives.
So we can continue living in freedom even though there are some trying to change this freedom to go with their own agenda.
This isn’t a political book even though it talks politics in a few chapters. It talks more, however, about theological issues. This book is about the need to look deeper at what’s really going on, on a Spiritual Awakening level.
I also address how we need to look deeper at the so-called food we consume. Few realize that wrong foods play a role in our minds’ health. We can either be a pawn on a chessboard, moved by Satan to make him King, played by the Father of Lies, or rise up to be the salt and light Jesus calls us to be, standing firm in faith.
Knowing Jesus as the only King of Kings we serve is victory.
There aren’t any sidelines on the Battleground of America. We either stand up to defend our freedoms or risk losing them. There’s evil happening all around us.
As you read this book I hope you decide to answer the call to mount up on wings like eagles, which is God’s Word, keeping us strong and not feeling faint. Bringing revival in the name of Jesus to heal this Battleground America.
Chapter 1
Freedoms and Hate
One by one freedoms our Forefathers fought so hard for can be lost.
American sleepers better wake up before all the soldiers that died have done so in vain. Don’t let sleeping liberals play politics with your right to be free.
The journey on the Mayflower was to find freedom to pray in Jesus Name. For the Pilgrims’ right to worship God freely without persecution from the King. They risked everything, and because of them America was born.
There’s coming a night when we go to bed, only to be awakened by a storm. On this storm will ride the Antichrist and the freedoms we had will be gone.
Those not wearing his mark will be executed because of Jesus’s sake.
The Revolutionary War was fought in the name of freedom for America.
The Declaration of Independence was written to proclaim this freedom,
based on the Bible because America is still about worshipping God freely.
Will this Presidential election coming up be the beginnings of lost freedoms, one by one stripped away? Or worse yet, will it totally modify our country, returning it to what our Forefathers feared, if they didn’t win The Revolutionary War?
Every war fought by Americans was in the name of freedom to worship, freedom for others to live without fear of being killed because of color, or because they were from the Holy Land of Jesus.
The next time a sleeper decides to place a knee during the National Anthem, he/she needs to make sure they’re doing it out of prayer and not in vain for the soldiers’ death.
And when he/she votes, they must remember the wars fought for the freedom to
