Have words ever harmed you in a way they pierced you and left marks? Or do they seem to remain circulating in your thoughts, actions, and your life? Words can have a lot of impact on someone. They can build you up as well as break you down. However, if there is one thing we can be confident in, it is knowing words don’t control us. We are capable of shutting those words out. We have the skills to push away thoughts that seem to capture our minds. We are champions who conquer our thoughts as well as our actions.
But what about the words that seem to creep their way back in, racing through our minds and overwhelming us? They can cause us to become detached and isolated from the world. Those words—those voices, that noise—must be silenced! I want to show you how.
If you are opening this book and wondering how you got here, I bring good news—there’s hope. If you are asking yourself why there is so much chaos happening in your life, I have more good news—there’s peace. Everything you gather inside these pages will equip you to overcome the voices of these words that trouble you and to overcome the noise. You will silence it!
I know what it’s like to feel hopelessness because I once lived like that, but not anymore. I now know my purpose in this life is to help other people, so you and this book will become acquainted for the next fifteen days.
I want you to really grip this book inside your head. I want you to digest every word because these words are meant to give you energy, strength, and purpose.
Each one of us comes from a different background. Some of us are less fortunate while others are more fortunate. Some people become popular while others remain overlooked. Many of us are searching and questioning, and some people are still wondering, What’s next?

I know some of us have been dealt a bad hand of cards, and sometimes it seems there is no hope, but I assure you there is. Your home life might be unstable at this moment. Your classmates may not accept you right now. Your girlfriend or boyfriend might have just broken up with you.
