‘Sitting in the darkroom watching the rain falling. holding a glass of brandy in his left hand and his cigar in the right hand John Coleman was focusing on his new case.'
It was late that night, his wife was in a deep sleep already you could hear the cars noise down the road.'
His big apartment was on the E50 Madison Av. He was living there all his life with his wife Julia.
John was looking at the pictures of two dead bodies both males around '40s.
Police found the bodies down the Bronx river laying down on the wet grass covered in blood.
‘Coleman has noticed both victims were missing one finger on the left-hand side'.
He knew this time he was dealing with the serial killer.
‘These murders were somehow different from the previous cases he was dealing with!.'
He put his hand down the table smoking his last cigar.' Resting in his chair.'
‘His new colleague is a very young detective by name Edward Collins.'
Coleman knew to work with Edward on this case It's not going to be easy, Apart he is a young man not very much experienced and very impulsive.'
‘Analysis of the dead bodies from the pictures Coleman started to concentrate on the killer profile.'
There were a lot of things to work out in this case.
It was coming very late he drop the file on the table below preparing himself for a late sleep.
‘He thought to himself:' ‘ Another murder to resolve.'
It was coming to 7 am his wife Julia has prepared strong coffee and went to wake up her husband.'
Opening the bedroom door she heard the noise from the shower, she knew that John was already awake. She went back to the kitchen to make some fresh toast and eggs.
‘John has entered the kitchen.' he said:'
‘Good morning my darling.! The food smells delicious.'
Julia responded:' Oh my love thanks! I guess you been up late last night, do you want to talk about?' she asked:'
Coleman murmured:' hm! Yes, I have been working on the new case! It looks like we have a serial killer this time to deal with.'!
Julia stretches her hair, she looked at him with her eyes wide open!' she added:'
Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear that!'
John asked:' Anyway what are you doing today? Any plans?
She responded: Hmm yes I need to go to my office I have a busy day today!'
Coleman responded;' Oh my love, me too. I will finish my coffee and I have to run! I don't know when I will be back. You know how It is with my job!'
‘He comes closer and kisser her very intensively. I love you, Julia'
‘He closes the door behind him holding in one hand cups of coffee and on the other hand egg sandwich.'
He has to be on time
