Great compilation of quotes/teachings of Buddha. This is much more than just quotes. These are extremely valuable advice that are timeless.

Most quotes of Buddha are brief and beautiful while others are a little bit more lengthy. Both are great but the shorts one are my favourites! Intriguing and beautiful quotes of life and wisdom.

I deeply enjoyed this series of 365 Quote Books. A few quotes a day allows me to deeply reflect and gain new insights. Never knew much about Buddha but ever since my journey of seeking more clarity and spirituality, I can say that he has really good and respectable teachings that are so relevant even in today.

What you think, you become. An ancient saying that couldn’t be more true. With over 300 Buddha quotes, this is a truly valuable book for those seeking wisdom, faith and purpose in life. (I’m not a Buddhist)

365 Buddha Quotes - Xabier K. Fernao

Introduction

The Mind is Everything. What You Think, You Become

- Buddha

What if everything which we’ve always wanted are already inside of us?

Think about it.

Why do we want the expensive cars, houses, bags and watches? Why do we want the perfect relationship with the people we love?

Why do we want to be healthy?

Emotion.

We want what we want because of what we think achieving it will make us feel. It is not the car(s) that matters… it is the feeling we think having that car will give us.

Gautama Buddha was born a Prince. However, upon seeing the sufferings of people outside of his palace, he decided to seek answers. After a long spiritual search, discovered the state of enlightenment… or otherwise known as Buddhahood.

This book is not about the life story of Buddha. It is, however, about the life teachings of Buddha. Quotes are so special because they provide us a foundation for teaching, analyzing and relating… and yet… they do not tell us what to think and how to think. It is absolutely up to our own will on what each quote means to us.

This book is yours to read as you love, but I highly recommend you go deep on each and every quote and not simply scan through each one of them and think Cool, I’ve seen that somewhere, next… With that said, I encourage you to read 1 quote a day that allows you to think and relate to your own life so that you can unleash the quote’s full potential to fuel up your day with wisdom, drive and energy.

Thank you,

Xabier K. Fernao
