Gardens are good for you

If I asked you what the difference is between a garden, a community garden and a therapy garden, what would you say? Over the last few months and even years now, gardening being good for our well-being has become a hot topic. It has been mentioned in many show garden descriptions at gardening events in the last year, it’s being used as a marketing tactic by brands and is talked about across social media more than ever! Has this made some of us a bit cynical though? Perhaps fed up with the fluffy talk?
