    So Tell Me

    Job hunting can be a daunting task for both the interviewing personnel team and the applicant. The search process for vocational ministers can span the length of months, potentially even years, depending upon the position. Like most job hunting processes, there is a job posting, followed by several interviews, until the job is extended to the applicant. The interviewer is asking questions and determining if the applicant is a good fit within their organization or church. For churches, the process is lengthened due to the many facets of vocational ministry and the composition of the church.
