Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?
If so, this manual is the right book for you!
Ours might well be called the health-less generation.
For the average person today true, normal health is the impossible dream. Degenerative diseases almost unknown a century ago are today epidemic. Heart disease claims 600,000 annually in the U.S. alone. Likewise, annual cancer deaths are over 585,000.
But perhaps more significant than these major diseases is the almost continual minor illnesses accepted and endured by tens of millions. Colds, allergies, flu, depression, indigestion, fatigue, arthritis, fibromyalgia, hypoglycemia and a host of other conditions rob the average person of true health. Unfortunately such minor illnesses are accepted — they're taken for
