About this ebook
The popular erotic series 'Coxworth Academy' returns for its 22nd installment.
Mark Stilton applies for the position of 'Houseboy' to a Doctor Christie on Hesperides Island. He has all the qualifications: "an athletic young man capable of cooking, cleaning, and doing other household chores." Despite the odd job title, the 24-year-old seeks the position because it offers a generous salary range and lavish benefits package that includes free residency on the exotic tropical island near the campus of prestigious Coxworth Academy,
Mark's interest increases when he discovers that Doctor Christie is not the old-fashioned, elderly man he expected. Theresa Christie is an attractive, 43-year-old woman with strawberry-blonde hair and a curvy figure. Being her houseboy would mean living with her, in his own bedroom of her house, Domus Christie. After two successful interviews, Mark has his first doubts about the job on the evening of his third and last interview, when she introduces him to his houseboy uniform: a short, white 'warrior' skirt and open-toed sandals.
“I know it’s kind of silly,” Doctor Christie explained with a snicker, “but Mrs. Coxworth designed it to go along with the ancient Greek and Roman atmosphere of the campus architecture.” When he emerged from a bedroom, bare-chested, wearing the skimpy outfit, she reached under his skirt and pulled down his underpants, saying, "Mrs. Coxworth does not allow these.”
With only the short, lightweight skirt covering his essentials, Mark finds himself walking to Mrs. Coxworth's Parthenon-replica house, 'The Cottage.' He is to be interviewed by the members of the Executive Council: Founder Mrs. Coxworth, President Miss Finky, Vice President Miss Tuckerman, Admin Manager Miss Pargeter, Payroll Manager Miss Weider, and Executive Secretary Miss Harts.
Each woman gives him a very personal interview, to get to know him better. Will he get the job? Will he still 'want' the job if they offer it?

KC Crozetti is the pen name of an author who writes fictional erotic stories as an enjoyable diversion from the more mundane occupation of authoring a non-fiction blog and related eBooks. The merry "Coxworth Academy" series features Eleanor Coxworth, a wildly wealthy and wacky widow who bursts onto the scholastic scene by introducing a modern version of ancient Rome where underprivileged honor students are offered the opportunity to further their education at no cost to their struggling families. Her Coxworth Academy includes exact copies of the Pantheon, the Colosseum, and Circus Maximus. College students receive a classical educational in the arts, culture, etiquette, science, and especially athletics, but schoolboys are required to compete without clothing in the tradition of ancient Greco-Roman Olympians. The "Double Standard School", officially known as the Dahlia Sampson School of Higher Learning, is where young men attend a college that was formerly for women only. The female faculty relentlessly take advantage of their new schoolboys in order to teach young professional women that they need not fear, nor be intimidated by, their male competitors in the workforce. "A CFNM Carol and 'Twas the Night Before CFNM" are updated, erotic adaptations of two Christmas classics.

Chapter 1
Mark had been intrigued by the employment opportunity advertised in the newspaper despite its odd title of Houseboy. His qualifications seemed to match the job description: an athletic young man capable of cooking, cleaning, and doing other household chores. His mother had died when he was young, so he’d tended to the family’s domestic needs while his father labored at two jobs to make ends meet. Mark was now twenty-four years old, stood six-feet, four-inches tall, and looked like a bodybuilder after six long years of construction work and hard manual labor.
The job appealed to Mark because of its location on exotic Hesperides Island, near the campus of prestigious Coxworth Academy. The ad specified a generous salary range – even the low end would more than double his current pay rate – and a lavish benefits package. Now that he’d met his prospective employer, Mark craved the job.
The applicant had been pleasantly surprised the first time Doctor Christie interviewed him. Instead of the old-fashioned, elderly man he’d expected, the physician was an attractive, 43-year-old woman with strawberry-blonde hair she wore in a girlish ponytail and a comely face that featured sparkly, auburn-colored eyes. Living in the same house (she called it Domus Christie) as the curvy caregiver would be an unexpected bonus.
Mark experienced his first uncertainty about the job on the Monday evening of his third and final interview, when companionable Doctor Christie introduced him to the position’s required uniform: a short and lightweight, white skirt and a pair of brown-leather, open-toed sandals.
I know it’s kind of silly,
she explained with a snicker, but Mrs. Coxworth designed it to go along with the ancient Greek and Roman atmosphere of the campus architecture.
It looks a bit chilly,
he jested, the skimpiness of the skirt making him anxious.
She tittered, an oddly childish sound, and said, Don’t worry about being cold; the weather is always warm on Hesperides Island.
Mark borrowed a bedroom and donned his new uniform. Nervous and feeling self-conscious, he emerged and asked, What do you think, Doctor Christie? Does it suit me?
He did a comic turn for the physician, but not too fast for fear the skirt would fly up and reveal the underpants he was wearing beneath.
Very fetching,
chuckled Doctor Christie. She startled him by reaching a hand under his skirt and groping his briefs-covered backside.
Ah!
he gasped, then snickered to cover his surprise, for this was the first flirtatious encounter between them.
The attractive doctor tut-tutted when she discovered his briefs, saying, I thought so; Mrs. Coxworth does not allow these.
Giving the silky material a tug, she pulled his underpants down his legs and removed them from around his ankles, leaving him bare except for the scanty uniform. He shivered as a breeze wafted under his skirt and cooled his uncovered genitals.
Chapter 2
Soon afterwards, they left the sanctuary of Domus Christie and took a public stroll across the Coxworth Academy campus. Doctor Christie looked attractive and confident in a light-gray, sleeveless dress that draped to mid-thigh, its clingy material revealing more of her curves than her usual white lab coat. Mark felt apprehensive and self-conscious
