A former member, forced to leave due a serious car accident, is invited back into the shadow association as head of the Great House. As part of her entrance fee she must bring a new man as a gift to the Sisterhood. She decides she needs more.

This story is a lintel to the series, and will form a centre piece for a planned collection of the Sisterhood stories.
