The reality for most individuals is that we never reach our goals because we lack a consistent work ethic, drive, and determination. We get discouraged because the results of our lofty dreams often take longer than our ability to wait for them. We lose hope in our future, and our eyes are only focused on the disappointments of our today. Well... until now! This is the bounce back. This is your time. This is the quick guide to reaching your next level. In this short resource tool, I will share how to achieve next level success, how to be a next level leader, and how to walk in next level purpose. Welcome to the next level.

NEXT LEVEL SUCCESS

WHAT IS SUCCESS? THIS is a question that is presented to our generation (millennials) at an alarming rate. It is asked by peers and parents. Teachers and coaches, but perhaps the most important person(s) that inquires about this question is ourselves. We want to know. We have to know. We desire to know. 

As a generation we have been influenced by society to ask this question continually until we not only understand it, but achieve it. The problem with this idea is that we have so many working definitions of success. We see success by the movie star and the recording artist. We see success accomplished by the athletes we admire and the leaders we look up to, but what if idea version of success isn’t the kind, the type, or the true version we aspire to reach?

In order to remove the vagueness around the definition of success, I will give the most basic definition that can be found in any dictionary. Success is the accomplishment of an aim or a purpose.
