To whomever might one day read this,

My name is Adelaide Clarke, and I’m considered the property of the United States government. You may be asking yourself: How are you considered property of the United States government? When the development of Designer Babies became the most sought out market worldwide, and only the top ten percent of society could afford the procedure, society divided and the market for Designer Babies crashed.
