Anthony has over 20 years’ experience as an administrator and educator working in a variety of positions including senior leadership, development, and athletics at both the secondary and higher education level. Anthony is also the Founder and President of the Baugher Group, a consulting network that specializes in providing consulting services in the fields of staff recruitment, talent acquisition, branding, leadership searches, marketing, strategic planning, leadership training, development and event planning.
