About this ebook
The complete first, second and third adventures of Telemachus, son of the lost hero Odysseus.
Troubled ten year old prince Telemachus is spirited away by the Goddess Athena to discover the truth about his father Odysseus, enemy of the giant cyclops, prey of the irresistible Sirens, friend to the dread witch Circe, cursed wanderer and lost king.
"Hero and king, Odysseus,
A man who was for ten years lost,
Left home to fight a war at Troy,
And left behind a new-born boy.
His son, the prince, Telemachus,
Grew up, bullied, fatherless
On Ithaca, his island home:
Angry, miserable, alone.
Athena, goddess of the wise,
With shining spear and flashing eyes,
Fears for young Telemachus,
Whose life will soon get even worse."

Canto 1- Ithaca and Ismarus
The lost king’s son
Down to the shore, I run away,
I’ve tried my hardest every day.
But now I’ve had enough of rules
Made up by tutors, priests and fools.
There is no point in being good,
For me, at least, I've understood
It doesn't count who's right and wrong
It only matters who is strong.
The other boys come every day.
Their mothers say they want to play
With me, the little prince they love
But left alone they push and shove.
They laugh no matter what
