A strongman or strong woman is the principality or controlling evil spirit or demon over a particular family, place, person or thing. Every family that exists has a controlling demon, and this dates right back from the days of old even when those presently living where not yet born. The ignorance of the existence of this devil and the evil powers it represents is not an excuse they attack you, and you don’t know.

A strong man or strong woman is the controller or coordinator of a group of evil spirits what the Bible calls "ruler of darkness."
