Chapter 1:  Your Thoughts Filter To Your Faith (Romans 12:2)

Did you know that what you think and believe can have a positive or negative affect on your faith? 

There are some roots of negative thinking that you may have been entertaining for so long that you don’t even realize they are hurting you.  Some of your thought patterns may have been passed down from your upbringing.  Some thoughts may be demonic. 

Your thought life can influence your confidence, self-esteem, identity, what you listen to, and what you meditate on.  Your thoughts can filter through to your faith.  Negative, cynical, or unbelieving thoughts could be blocking your breakthrough! 

You could be relaying a message to God that it’s too hard to believe His word is true.  God are you faithful?  Are you sure you will do all you promised God because everything else seems to fail in my life? 

Do you see how important your thoughts are now?  No fear as victory is through Christ Jesus! Let’s take a look at how The Faith Funnel works:

Thoughts are at the top of the faith funnel for a reason.  As you filter through all five, what is left is the faith of a mustard seed or the faith to move mountains!  There is difference between those who diligently seek Him, and those who are double-minded in their love for God.  You can access both levels of faith through Christ Jesus.  I don’t know about you, but I want to access all that God has for me! 

Faith pleases God.

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.  (Hebrews 11:6)

This is a short read, but it gives you all you need to know. I took some notes to read over later. It could have used a proof reader but that’s neither here nor there; the book is a blessing. :)
