They felt the glances of onlookers who appeared to view them as the ideal couple; he even noticed that the beauty of his companion was catching the eyes of so many other men and she likewise could see that Lonny with his fabulous physique and handsome face were turning heads and catching eyes. People vacationing in Waikiki are there to have a good time and there was not a hint of disapproval of this racially mixed union. They dashed out into the warm, blue water of the Pacific Ocean here so close to the Equator. They swam around, floated and did the backstroke, laughing like children as they frolicked in the water. When the waves are still fairly calm in the morning, there are usually native Hawaiians on the beach offering surfing lessons.

“How about a surfing lesson, Miss Susan?” he asked her. “I would wager that you’ll be able to stand up on your first try,” he assured her.

“Well, I don’t know about that, but I’m certainly up for a challenge,” she answered.

There on the sand the instructor taught her how to stand up on the board when ready after the swell. Then, the three of them paddled out to sea about a hundred yards on their respective boards to wait for the swells. When the first swell came, Lonny started paddling and Susan did also at the prompting of the instructor. Lonny stood up immediately to sail safely to the shore, but Susan was right behind him standing up also and was able to keep her balance. When they got to the shore, they jumped into each other’s arms as they were both elated that Susan made it on her first ever try. Susan felt very secure in the arms of this huge, handsome man. They went back out into the water and did the same over and over until Susan could time the swell without any prompting. After about two hours of this vigorous sport, they were pretty tired and hungry. They went to lunch.

After lunch, the couple continued to enjoy the beauty of the beach, the hot sand beneath their feet, the view of the surfers riding the more serious waves and all the unknown but happy faces from the mainland and other parts of the world enjoying their vacations. They returned to their hotel room in mid-afternoon.

After entering the room, Susan took him by the hands as they faced each other and said, “Okay, this is our second afternoon in this room and I now consider it a sacred place. Are you ready to continue to go beyond the physical and into the spiritual; are you as anxious to get there as I am? Perhaps, you have been there before but I have never been, and I am here with the man I want to take me there.”

“Yes...yes,” he answered to her questions and added, “l will do my best to get us both where we want to go.”

She still wanted to be the guide through their journey as she said, “Let’s lie down on the bed beside each other, you on your back. I want to look at your handsome physique again.” She ran her fingers through the hair on his chest as she said, “We did some pretty nice touching yesterday and this morning but what’s coming is going to be more intense. We’ll continue to take it slowly, but I assure you that our first time to make love completely is coming soon. Think about how many times you’ve thought of it today and yesterday and you are wondering if I can really deliver what I have promised. We’re going to find out. Yesterday and this morning was only foreplay, now it’s for real. Can you take my top off for me?”

Houston Cei

Houston Cei is a retired Dietary Manager with a Master’s Degree in Theology. He is not a fundamentalist but loves the Bible as literature but not necessarily inerrant and that there are dangers in strict literal interpretations. Is it inspired by God? Probably, but so is The Grapes of Wrath or maybe even Enchanted for the Weekend. His favorite biblical character is King Solomon who is traditionally attributed for the writing of The Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, and the Song of Solomon. Houston enjoys writing erotica with strong storylines and interesting characters. His fictional characters seem to him like real people and he feels their sorrows and their joys. Although some fans of erotica want to read of sexual encounters early in the stories, Houston’s style usually involves a buildup of actions that lead to intense sex. He asks his readers to be patient as the stories always lead to graphic descriptions of meaningful sex, and hopefully the reader is not left wanting more...until the next time. This author writes to entertain and makes no moral judgments about sexual acts even when involving areas of taboo.

Chapter 1: A Portrait of a Beautiful Home

Just a few miles south of San Jose, California is a picturesque town known as Los Gatos, Spanish for The Cats. It is believed by many that the name comes from a time when many mountain lions were attracted to the Creek for their water source. This community with a population of only about 20,000 at the foot of the Santa Cruz Mountains has all the small town charm a person could ask for and is the home of many residents who are either retired, have their own businesses or work out of San Jose.

The area is blessed with its beautiful redwood forest, hiking trails along the Creek, and its own unique railroad for a relaxing ride through this paradise on Earth. The friendly downtown is a quaint setting of antique shops, museums, art galleries, fine dining and many other attractions for shoppers. Los Gatos, where people enjoy over 300 days a year of sunshine, along with the cities San Francisco and Santa Cruz, is a must see for anyone touring the Golden State of California.

A well-known and well-liked couple known as Emily and Robert Harrison with their two children Susan and Richard and Emily’s mother Elizabeth, who had been widowed early in life, lived there in a prestigious neighborhood in a fully restored 4000 plus square feet Queen Anne style Victorian house surrounded by black wrought iron fencing. They were known as Emily and Robert not the reverse because she had the more forward personality and was someone who stood out in a crown. It just seemed natural to any of their friends that her name should come first. The grand old house was of her choosing and had been purchased by Robert on their tenth wedding anniversary.

It was an original and the restoration was done at Emily's direction in a manner so as to maintain the original charm of the Victorian era. The outside yard displayed a forever green Bermuda grass lawn and featured red, yellow and white roses, primrose and African violets. The outdoors was taken care of by a professional gardener but the indoors was Emily’s game, and she had a genuine gift for interior design.

Upon entering, the foyer featured a spiral stairway leading to a large loft and the other bedrooms. At the very first glance of the living room, known as the great room in days gone by, the visitors were in awe of the décor of antique furniture including two beige sofas with matching love seats and arm chairs, and a hand carved China cabinet to match the dinette set. Overhead of the long dinner table was a crystal chandelier hanging from the 18 feet high vaulted ceiling. The table was always set for display with colorful Royal Doulton china, folded napkins, silver wear, and stem glasses. It was also adorned with a vase of roses in the center and two of carnations all from her own garden. There were two crystal filled curios, a grandfather clock, a brownish marble-top coffee table with matching end tables next to the armchairs. The colorful floral drapes reached down to about two inches above the floor.

Emily carefully maintained the house plants, her favorite being the two tropical snow plants proudly standing about six feet tall with their handsome broad marbled leaves. There were also indoor growing red Hibiscus and violets to accent the green plants. On the walls were oil paintings of landscapes and Gothic architecture done by published artists. There was also a beautiful white seven feet long Boston grand piano. All this handsome décor rested on a plush white carpet as if it were floating on a cloud and it was a natural response for visitors to remove their shoes immediately after entering the foyer. There was no TV or any current publications lying around in this fabulous living room as Emily wanted her visitors’ initial experience upon entering to be as trip back in time.

The forever busy Emily enjoyed being the homemaker and with the help of a once a week maid the appearance of the house remained clean and stunning. For years this charming residence was the site of many lively social gatherings and holiday parties of which Emily was known as the town’s finest hostess. Her pleasant personality along with the combination of smarts and good looks made her a person everyone wanted to know. Her parties were often featured in the social column of the Los Gatos newspaper and that certainly enhanced her popularity even more. When invitations were sent out, RSVPs were quickly returned as if everybody had been awaiting charming Emily’s next event.

One other unique thing about this romantic piece of property was a Gothic style quest house in the back yard of this one-acre lot. It was flanked by two weeping willow trees and it looked rather eerie as the children called it the creepy cottage. Actually, it was never used for guests so Emily used it as a sanctuary for privacy and rest with the company of her two Siamese cats. They were beautiful cats, a male and a female both white with black ears, tails and feet. On the porch there was a bench and feeding dishes and scratching posts for the cats.

This 1000 square foot cottage had running water but no electricity so Emily used candles at night. There was a large crystal ball hanging from each window to catch the rays of the afternoon sun breaking into rainbows on the wall. Colorful beads hung in each doorway. It was not necessarily off limits to everyone but it just seemed that Emily and her cats were the only ones comfortable inside.

Chapter 2: The Changing Images of Emily

Anyone who had seen Emily as a young girl would never have guessed that she would grow into the beautiful woman that she was later to become. As a youngster she was over sized and rather awkward looking with a boyish face. She did not play with dolls or wear dresses, but rather was more of a tomboy in worn jeans, enjoying things like wrestling with the boys, playing catch, and the myriad of other rough-house things young boys like to do.

Emily kept her hair cropped short to look as much like the boys as she could. She especially enjoyed flag football and could be a ball carrier or go out for passes, and against a blitz she knew how to protect her quarterback. If young Emily were in today’s NFL,
