About this ebook

THE GOD-HUMAN LEVEL HYPOTHESIS, an illuminating book by IYERE Sebastian, attempts to share a simple and uncomplicated understanding of the Bible and life in general, using a simple model.
The book presents the human being living simultaneously in two worlds (seen and unseen), with consciousness trapped in this seen world. It explains that there is something out there that controls us all from the unseen world. It submits that the five-dimensional human nature (HEART being thread-like (Ecc.12:6) connecting the SPIRIT and the SOUL; SOUL attached to the FLESH with another thread-like MIGHT) is disconnected and disjointed. Whereas a full understanding will be gained at the end of time or after death (when consciousness is liberated), there is a need today to consider reconnecting to God and recombining the five-dimensions. The connector or plug is Jesus Christ.
This literary piece reinforces the authenticity and infallibility of Gods word. A coalescence of science, geography and history. While poignantly projecting the Sovereignty of God, the book depicts as sheer insanity, any attempt for anyone to think he/she is in control of anything in this world. The book touches every aspect of life (physical, spiritual, psychological, emotional, and so forth) in a microscopic dimension.

    Introduction

Using the God-Human Level Hypothesis has significantly facilitated my appreciation of not just the Bible and religion but of life in general. I consider the Bible as being for straightforward minds. It is an immense endeavour to learn Greek, Latin, Hebrew, philosophy, and theology in order to appreciate the Bible, which can be a deviation from one’s simple intent. In order to appreciate the Bible, one should follow the general stories. Whereas a deeper understanding of the languages may aid in peculiar cases, for the simple minded however, I suppose this is not mandatory.

This book is an attempt to share my simple and uncomplicated understanding of the Bible and life in general. In doing so, readers may come to enjoy life: a life of understanding and wholesome faith in God through Jesus Christ. This understanding will help to refine your prayers and interaction with people and, without a doubt, the universe.

The book starts off by introducing the model, which explains Satan, Jesus Christ, and human choice. The book presents humans as living simultaneously in two worlds. It shows there is a line joining all religions, even the religion of science. It also presents Jesus Christ as the only connector between God and man. It describes salvation as reconnecting with God through Jesus Christ.

I do not by any means submit that this model has the answer to all uncertainties and mysteries. Just maybe, this contribution provides the much-awaited simple visual framework to the numerous convoluted theological reasoning. It may perhaps help us all to start correcting erroneous teachings by aiding pastors and teachers understand and explain spiritual concepts.

    1 Understanding the Dimensions

    1.1 Introducing the Model:

This chapter introduces the Model using stories and teachings from the Bible. The terms used to describe these dimensions in the Model map loosely to our contemporary usage today, rather than the Bible’s root words (Strong’s Concordance) given below.

    As noted by many writers
