This Working Wealth Book (Working Wealth) is written out of my passion, concern and desire to see Gods people become more fully developed, purpose-driven and more effective in the Kingdom of God. Our time is short and much must be done by the Body of Christ to make an impact and a difference on the earth.
I firmly believe that as believers and individuals we need more personal development and a real understanding of true wealth. Wealth is not really about money, but rather the richness of our internal system which reveals who we are, our purpose in life, our gifts, talents, abilities and our God given assignment on earth. A truly wealthy person is a valuable and powerful vessel that is internally opulent and abundantly blessed. When we are wealthy we are overflowing with fulfillment, godly purpose, passion, delight and generosity. Jesus is our ultimate example and He said in John 10:10bAMP, I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance,(to the full, till it over flows). This is the true definition of wealth and we are assigned and entrusted to be examples of it.

Dr. James E. Randolph

Dr. James E. Randolph is a passionate man of God with a burning vision and desire to impact this generation with personal development. His gifts and strengths are in the areas of the prophetic, teaching, training, writing, insight, leadership development and business. He has pastured for over 25 years and has been married for 33 years. He and Prophetess Sharon Randolph are co-laborers in the kingdom of God and were ordained and released into ministry in September of 1987, under the covering of Apostle, Dr. Clifford E. Turner and remain to this day. They oversee Advancing Christ’s Kingdom Ministries in Hobart, Indiana. In 2005, he launched a new ministry in Michigan City, Indiana by ordaining and releasing Pastors Dierre and Patrica Glenn into ministry. Dr. Randolph also entered into network fellowship with Dr.’s Jerry and Sherril Piscopo and was a recipient of an honorary doctorate in ministry in 2005. Dr. Randolph has a passionate desire to train and equip people to walk in their God given purpose, wealth and destiny. He believes that we are all called to fulfill the dreams and visions on the inside of us through personal development.

I dedicate Destiny Dynasty Legacy, The Working Wealth Book, to my God, the name of His precious Son, Jesus Christ my Lord. I also dedicate this Working Wealth Book to my compassionate and gracious wife, Prophetess Sharon Randolph for her patience, sacrifice, encouragement, support and love.

Further, I dedicate Destiny Dynasty Legacy, "The Working Wealth Book to: my spiritual father and overseer, Dr. Clifford E. Turner and Elect Lady Darlyn C. Turner; the Leadership of A.C.K.M. and church family for being there and standing with me over the years; Pastor John Hrimnak and Scott Anderson who laid a wealth foundation within me, Sisters Evette Long and Siara Burks for their labor of love and work of faith in the preparation of this manual.

PREFACE

On October 5, 2007 at our Think like a Billionaire Conference, featuring guest speakers John Hrimnak and Scott Anderson from Mesa Arizona—my life was changed! These two men of God came to our seminar and shared the principles of wealth in a way that I had never heard before. I was blown away by their wisdom, knowledge, experience and lifestyles. These men changed the way I understood myself as a believer, a husband, father and pastor. I now see myself and my role in the church differently. I also see the church from a new light. The principles they taught regarding wealth have given me new revelation and inspiration. Since that day in 2007, I have begun to think differently, see differently, teach differently and function with a new perspective on life.
