An introduction

I write this little book out of a desire to share with others the extraordinary spiritual discoveries of our previous lives or incarnations, and how they may be influencing our present lives. To come to know and realise that we have lived throughout history and all over the world, is startling but true. Karma is difficult belief or truth to take on board, particularly in western cultures; but it is not always painful and dark in its effects. It can also bring love, joy, self expression and recompense.

Lives which include significant learning are linked like a spiritual DNA pattern which has evolved through a karmic chain of events through history. Each soul’s pattern is unique.

Past life regression work can be used to help with the healing of many kinds of traumas in this life, especially if there is a strong karmic link. So that learning, knowing and understanding can release much of the karmic hold.

Included at the end of this book is an outline of a way to find and explore your own past life memories.
