40 Days of Sterling Silver Linings - Brian Sterling
Day 1: Happy Showers
Notice how things look when spring is officially here? The flowers are blooming. The birds are chirping, and the bees are out. Everything around seems to be singing a happy song. Even the clouds look a little happier. I look at this time of year like this. If the clouds look like they’re rejoicing, we can, too. We should be filled with happy showers. We should be crying happy tears. There’s so much beauty around us. There’s so much to be thankful for. Use nature as an example for life. Go out into the world, and leave those happy showers on as many lives as possible. This is today’s Sterling Silver Lining.
Day 2: The Truth
It’s a topic we all face on a daily basis. It’s something that some people don’t want to hear. They don’t want to deal with it, so it gets avoided. However, it it’s the truth. See what I did there? Seriously though, the truth is a heavy word. The thing is, it doesn’t have to be. Honestly, it can set you free. If you tell the truth the right way (i.e. it comes from a caring place), you feel better. The person you’re telling the truth to feels better, also. As someone trying to live a positive life, we shouldn’t walk around telling the truth to hurt someone else. We should always want to inspire, empower, and lead life as an example. The truth does need to be heard, but it needs to be heard with tact. If the world, nature is honest with us, we should be honest to and within it. Let’s truthfully have an amazing day.
