Live the words I’ve written here
When times are hard you’ll persevere,
Once these words are stuck with you
You’ll realise what I’ve said is true.
LEIGH MOXAM.
All I Ever Need
1.jpgAll I ever need in life
Is her my angel and my wife,
She is my all my heart my soul
And now at last with her I’m whole.
I placed my hand in hers divine
In love we walk the straightest line,
We talk of love and say care
And for each other always there.
LEIGH MOXAM.
All in Love
1.jpgThe mind is such a busy place
It puts expression on the face,
It helps us choose the words we use
Always these words win or lose.
The heart is such a loving thing
Smiles on faces love you bring,
This should be your guiding star
So love can be there where you are.
An offered hand the greatest gift
Most weary soul will get a lift,
Caresses and cuddles and soft gentle touch
For this they’ll thank you oh so very much.
The angel who loves me has my hand and heart
And like me promised never to part,
Love is a good thing that brings happy life
This I discovered in my angel wife.
LEIGH MOXAM.
A Lone star on Christmas eve.
1.jpgOne cold and chilly Christmas eve
Lone star stood out would you believe
It sat right next to silver moon
For Christmas day would be here soon.
The Christmas stories we’ve been told
That star has shon since years of old,
A choir of angels standing by
There watching as christ’s birth is nigh.
The choirs are singing songs of joy
As god gives us his baby boy,
Although it was the darkest night
Under the star his face gave light.
Here was a baby and a king
And all could hear the angels sing,
Yet all the gifts to him they brought
Most precious gift to man they sought.
Worship him and praise his name
For Christmas day to us he came,
He cast out
