Lord I come to you as humble as I know how I thank you for birthing forth this gift in me right now I thank you for the testimonies that you have given me I thank you lord for setting me free I thank you for the anointing you have placed on my life I thank you for bringing me from darkness and into your marvelous light Lord you have blessed me in so many ways And every day Ill give you thanks and praise Lord I thank you for all youve done Most of all I thank you for sacrificing your only son May all the nations read these anointed words And may your name be glorified from what theyve heard May these poems be blessed that you have placed in me So they can bless your people and set them free

THE HEALER

I tell people at this point in my life

I don’t worry about having surgery or going under a knife

Because once I’ve prayed right then I understand

That my healer will touch the surgeons hands

So when the surgeon lays his hands on me

I’m assured he’s been given everything he needs

And God promised he wouldn’t leave me so when I close my eyes

I know that my healer is by my side

But the reason I’m not scared to go under a knife

Is because my healer is the same one who gave me life

So when I undergo surgery I go to my healer and say

Touch the hands of the surgeon that will perform my surgery today

Because we have to realize that the surgeon is just a man

But the healer is the one who holds all power in his hands.

AWESOME VOICE

During my life I endured the kind of pain

That would’ve drove the average person in sane

But God allowed me to go through test after test

Because he knew it was my season to be blessed

I felt like Job when he was all alone

Because my children was defiant and my husband was gone

But one night while I was sitting at home

I was taken by the spirit into another zone

And all of a sudden I heard a voice in my head

And I grabbed a pen and paper to write down what he said

He said "I was a born conqueror in Christ

And that this would be the turning point in my life

And ever since that awesome day

That voice in my head has never went away

But now I know the reason for the things that I went through

It was so I could have testimonies for what I was about to do

That’s why in this season everything that I write

Will be an inspiration to someone’s life

So when people ask me What inspired me to write?

I tell them It was that awesome voice of God in the middle of the night

FORGIVE ME

Please forgive me for what I’m about to do

But I’ve decided to stop waiting on you

I’ve been there for you as long as I can

And I hope that one day you’ll understand

I gave you the best years of my life

And you still neglected to treat me right

I stuck by you through thick and thin

But now it’s time for this cycle to end

You took it for granted I’ll always be there

But now I’ve found someone who truly cares
