Theresiu Janicki-Hardy

Theresiu Janicki-Hardy is of Polish-Dutch background and grew up in Holland, where she graduated in sociology and psychology with an MA in adult education. She worked as a lecturer in Holland before moving to England. Here she completed courses in spiritual psychotherapy and esoteric healing, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and rebirthing. She holds a degree in fine art and danced for a number of years with the five-rhythm groups of Gabrielle Roth. Theresiu has been meditating for over thirty years and has a deep love for spirituality, which she has sought to reflect in her life and work, including her writing and painting. She loves nature and walking in the beautiful Sussex countryside where she lives. She has been teaching meditation for the last twenty years. She has also been holding courses and workshops in self-awareness and esoteric and spiritual subjects and exhibiting her artwork during this time. She has twenty-five years’ experience as a therapist and has run meditation groups and organized retreats for over ten years, as a member of the Self-Realization Fellowship. Theresiu continues to write and paint and hold meditation and spiritual-development courses.
