This book is dedicated for ALL Americans who are experiencing confusion and frustration for the [Legal]? System that was set up for Trying and Hearing Cases that were or are in conflict with contracts. The Judges are supposed to come to some sort of fiduciary decision that is beneficial for both parties . . . NOT just for the Government or Corporations.

I wish to thank all of the individuals (you know who you are) that believed and still believe in our cause and what we are trying to accomplish and scolding me until I finally got the message loud and clear to write this second book for every body’s education and knowledge.
Chapter 1
1982-1989: Building Our Home; the Pursuit of Happiness
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness
. Declaration of Independence 1776.
This is a well-known phrase in the united States Declaration of Independence and considered by some as part of one of the most well-crafted, influential sentences in the history of the English language. These three aspects are listed among the unalienable rights or sovereign rights of man.
In this book I will show you, the reader that the above statement is not necessarily the truth, according to the Government and its subsidiaries (Cities, Counties and States) we do not have these rights
until you pay
for them then they call them privileges
. The Government has taken our Sovereign Rights of Man
and changed them into Licenses, Permits and Fees
. When you read the Constitution of the united States and the Constitution of the different States, each State Constitution has a clause
in it referring back to the original
Constitution.
Furthermore, this book is set up in chronological order beginning in 1982-2001 with further documentation in 2011. It is a chronicle that shows the readers the mistakes that both parties have made and according to the Political circles
in California they can make "any decisions against anyone without justification or provocation and there is nothing the laymen or Americans can do about it."
In 1982 Robert Simpson relocated to Palm Springs from San Clemente, California. He purchased property located in Thousand Palms with the hope of building his own home and experiencing the same right as other free
Americans; observe the documentation on pgs. 8-12.
Robert, a third generation carpenter, decided to build his home following the Southern National Building Code (that were and are F.H.A. approved) under the rights of Owner Builder
. As an owner builder, at the time, you did not have to acquire
permits as long as you did not make any Government Loans or make any loans from any accredited or FDIC lending institutions (i.e. Banks, Saving and Loans, other Institutions that require you to provide a copy of your Deed of Trust for their records) or Convey or re-convey the Title or deed to the City, County or State jurisdiction. However, I will explain more about Conveyance later in this book.
Robert began constructing his home in 1983. We went to the Riverside County Building and Safety and spoke with a Mr. McLeod, a Building and Safety Inspector for Riverside County, and asked him, What laws will we be breaking if we build our home without permits?
Mr. McLeod stated, None. However, the County will not give you a
drop-line or allow you to hook up to the electricity
. When Mr. McLeod explained this, Robert and I looked at each other and said, Fine. We will use generators for electricity
. Mr. McLeod further explained that we had the Right to build our own home as Owner Builder
. I asked Mr. McLeod if there was a size requirement or limitation?
He explained that there was a minimum of 700 square feet. However, there was no maximum per square feet
. Mr. McLeod further explained that there was no minimum or maximum for height variance. Inspector McLeod then wrote down the measurements on a Building and Safety Document in his own hand writing, which we followed, since Robert and I were under the impression that he knew what he was talking about. Observe the document with the hand written measurements from Mr. McLeod on pg. 13.
The key word in the above paragraph is ‘None’. We were not violating any laws according to a Building and Safety Inspector and since we were exercising our Civil Rights, we felt that we could safely continue with the construction of our home. However, the Building and Safety of Riverside County out of spite or jealousy had other tricks and traps to play on us and none of them were for our benefit.
For the next year Robert and I continued building a 10,500(+/-) square foot two and a half story home. County Officials drove buy watching as we were building it. I seriously doubt that the Building and Safety even believed that we (the two of us) could construct a home that large.
We used our own money, time and labor in the construction. In 1984 the Cities, Counties and State were preaching Recycle, recycle, recycle.
Robert decided to do his part in recycling, since he could construct a home he could demolish a home safely and use the grade-mark
stamped lumber in the construction without having to purchase new lumber. During this time Mexican Nationalists were coming up from Mexico demolishing homes that were marked for demolishing, and taking the second-hand lumber back to Mexico. Furthermore, there was no law against using recycled or (second-hand) lumber in the construction of any home in America.
Some of the materials that we used in the construction our home were new, for example the concrete used for the footings and floorings were canceled orders due to inclement weather. Robert went to the owner of a concrete plant, before they started recycling and asked if he could have the cancelled orders. After explaining what his intentions were the concrete company said yes
. The owner of the concrete company said it was, cost effective to give us the cancelled orders than to dump it out on their lot, break it up at a later date and haul it to the County Land-Fill
; this was before the County forced the concrete companies to recycle the sand and rocks.
In essence what Robert and I were trying to accomplish was to show our community that a person or family could build their own dream
home using recycled materials
and not have to spend Tens of Thousands of dollars doing it
. However, the bureaucrats had other plans for us.
We came to the conclusion that Riverside County Building and Safety, the Fourth District Riverside County Supervisor Patricia (Corky) Larson and others were extremely jealous for what we were accomplishing in showing our community how they could succeed by exercising their Civil Rights as we were, at the time.
In the last week of March Robert received a Legal Notice
