Juliana has failed to register with the government when she turned eighteen, over a year ago. The government considers that failure to be a felony and they will now force her to register and undergo a physical examination. Afterwards, they implant a tracking device inside her body and release her back into society until jail space becomes available. When space becomes available, the government will arrest her and hold her in captivity until her trial date. They will try her in a court of law and, in all likelihood; they will convert into an animal. Then, they will sell her at an auction as a pet.
Animal Control keeps all converted animals naked and in a confined environment until they are sold. They lose their human senses and most of their cognitive abilities, one of which is the ability to comprehend and converse in a language. They instinctively walk on all fours.
Once sold, their owners must confine them in a cage, pen, or other enclosed environment. They must also keep them locked in a cage that they have bolted to the bed of the truck or van when they transport them to another destination.
As she discovers more about the lifestyle of a pet animal, sees how pets are treated and how happy they are, she ultimately realizes that becoming an animal pet is not the worst thing that could happen to her, but she will only consider it if David is her owner.
She begins a quest to find a way to prevent the authorities from arresting her. She cannot accept being converted, and letting the government sell her to some stranger. She does extensive research and, one day while shopping, stumbles across a conversion kit in a local store. The proprietor is also a trainer and runs a training school to prepare females to become pet animals. She must attend a training course before someone can use the kit to convert her into an animal. All she has to do now is to convince her boy friend, David, to use the conversion kit, convert her, and become her owner. That will save her from being arrested, and sold as a converted animal by the government. After she explains her dilemma to David, he objects, but finally agrees to get her converted.
The story describes her commitment to finally be converted, but on her terms, and describes her eventual life as a naked pet. It describes how she and David committed to this lifestyle, how they evolved, and how she lived her life as an animal pet with her owner, David.
People would often see them walking together in the malls, parks, and countryside. She was always by his side, walking along as David held her on her leash. If anyone were to see them, they would quickly observe how happy and contented she was as she snuggled up to his leg as they walked. She felt safe with the leash on her neck and eagerly ran up to the cage in the truck when she thought they were going for a ride.
The book is in the category of speculative fiction of an erotic nature. The author's own imagination is the source of the story. There is no connection or resemblance to any place, time, or individual. The book depicts an imaginary lifestyle and setting only. The goal was to write a novel that is somewhat erotic, but does not involve gritty pornographic material. However, there is erotic language and descriptions of female anatomy. The novel is a speculative fiction story based on an erotic fantasy, involving a female pet and her owner. It is solely for erotic entertainment.

It involves the conversion of females into pet animals. Juliana is the main character with David as her devoted and trusted partner and eventual owner.

Juliana failed to register with the authorities when she turned eighteen, over a year ago. They consider that failure to be a felony, and they will now force her to register and undergo a physical examination. Chapter 1: My Nineteenth Birthday

It is my 19th birthday. My boyfriend, David, has decided to throw a birthday party for me and I suggested we have the party at my apartment.

The evening was warm. We have invited all of my friends and I was the celebrity of the evening. We listened to music, danced and drank wine until midnight.

Soon, everyone had left and David and I were finally alone. As we cleaned up the plates and empty wine bottles, I was pleased. I was happy. This is really my transition from a girl to a woman. My name is Juliana Benson and this is my story. I will need help from David later and together we will tell our story.

David and I sat on the couch and turned on the music. It was soft and sensual. We kissed and we talked. I did not intend to take it any further and he backed off his approaches. We were happy with one another, but I was not ready for a sexual relationship. He held me tightly, understanding me better than I ever could. I loved him immensely. Finally, with a passionate goodnight kiss, he departed and I undressed, took a shower, did my nightly, and went to bed. I was miserable lying in my bed passionately thinking of what I had turned away.

Oh, well, I thought to myself. David will be there tomorrow. We will continue with our relationship and it will grow.

However, before I get started with my story, let me tell you a little something about myself. I am a young girl; at least I feel that I am a young girl, trying to make a future for myself. I live in a large city near the ocean and love to go to the beach and frolic in the waves or just lie around getting a suntan. I do not get involved in politics and other worldly issues and mostly live a quiet life. I do not keep up with the news and am very naive about what is happening in our rapidly changing society. Those issues are beyond my control and I am not interested in them.

I work in an administrative position with a large corporation downtown. They occupy a tall office building and I enjoy taking the public transportation to get to my office. They have provided me with a good salary, and I now live in a nice, well-furnished apartment inside an apartment building with several floors. I have made myself financially secure. I feel good about the progress I have made in my career, but still have the feeling that I do not really know what I want out of life.

I do not have any close relatives living near me except for my two sisters who are older and always seem to worry too much about my life decisions. I have only a few close friends who I see occasionally in my social life. Mostly, I spend my free time in my apartment, going to the beach, or going out with David.

I go to the gym regularly and try to keep my body in good physical shape. I am slender with long, light brown hair, ample breasts, and shapely hips. I sense when men are looking at me and love it. It does not bother me for someone to comment favorably on my appearance. One of the reasons I visit the beach often is to show off my bikini body and observe the looks from people

A life changing decision that I am not prepared to deal with has suddenly disrupted my life. I feel that my own actions in life have created this dilemma. What I do now, and the decisions I make very shortly, will have a life changing effect on me. Those decisions will affect my personal relationships and especially the one I have with David, whom I am spending more time with and becoming closer to each day.

In our society, all citizens are required to register with the authorities and be available for government service when they turn eighteen years of age. Following the registration process, the government places males and females in a lottery system. The government can then draft them into government service as the need arises. The service can be either military or civilian appointments. They vary in length of service, but usually take up only a few years of a person’s life.

They place males and females in military or civilian service depending on their desires and capabilities. The government allows anyone to marry while they are in the service and have the same opportunities after they serve their country. For a person who has registered, life has not really changed over the years.

However, if a person fails to register when they turn eighteen, for whatever reason, they have committed a crime. It is considered a felony to not register, and the laws governing this type of crime are applied the same as for any other crime designated as a felony. The government considers the person to be a criminal. They arrest the person and try them in a court of law, where a judge passes a sentence on them.

The first step in this process is when they notify the person, in writing that they are to visit a registration center and go through the registration process. If the person fails to appear at the registration center on the designated date, law enforcement will arrest them and force them to register. They usually incarcerate the person until a trial date is set.

When they arrest a male for a crime, the government notifies the male and instructs him to apply for registration. They also consider this a felony, and they usually sentence him to hard labor for a long length of time. They could give him a life sentence if the crime is egregious enough. If he fails to show up at the registration center, Animal Control will arrest him and lock him up in jail until his trial. Afterwards, a court will usually sentence him to hard labor.

They treat a female differently. She receives a letter notifying her that she has failed to register, and provide her with a location for her to appear for registration on a certain date. She goes through the registration process and undergoes a physical examination and a complete blood work-up on the same date. During the physical examination, they remove all the hair on her body except for the hair on her head. They also insert a tracking device under her skin.

Following the registration process and physical, they may allow her to return home. She can continue to lead a normal life until a trial date is set. Jail space is limited, and the authorities rely on a female to be more cooperative than males while they await their trial date. During her release period, she does not have to inform anyone that law enforcement has charged her with a crime unless she chooses to make that announcement herself.

If the authorities feel that a female might be uncooperative or may fail to return for a court date, she is immediately incarcerated the same as a male. They remove all of her clothing when she is booked into the jail. The jails do not permit her to wear clothing until her trial. They may house her in a communal environment with other females, or they may lock her up in a separate cell if she is determined to be a danger to herself or others.

A few days after my nineteenth birthday party, I received a letter from the Personnel Board in a government agency I had never heard of. They are the agency that is in charge of the registration of all citizens when they turn eighteen years of age. The letter stated that I had failed to register when I turned eighteen, over a year ago, and now I had one week to report to a certain address for registration and a physical examination.

The letter also reminded me that it was a criminal offense when a citizen failed to register. I forgot to register and now they consider me a criminal. I will be subject to arrest if I fail to report for registration. Afterwards, they will tag me with a tracking device and let me return home. Then, they will set up a date to arrest me and the courts will try me in a court of law. A judge will decide my fate, which includes incarceration, and possibly conversion into an animal. They will eventually sell me at an auction. I cringed.

I had completely forgotten to register last year and was just enjoying life. Many of my friends also forgot or ignored the law and never received this notice for months after their eighteenth birthday and some did not receive it for a year or two, if ever.

They have scheduled my appointment for the eighteenth of this month, one week from now. The appointment letter stated that I was to arrive early, at least forty-five minutes before my 10 AM appointment in order to complete registration forms and related paperwork. They requested that I bring all my personal history records, including, among other records, a certified copy of my birth certificate, social security card, driver's license, passport and all educational certificates and diplomas. The letter stated I should dress lightly and not wear any jewelry.

I did not tell David about the appointment. I didn’t want him to know that I was subject to arrest and considered a criminal. It is too late now for them to draft me into a service. They already consider me a criminal. All I wanted was for our relationship to continue. Now, I have possibly lost him forever, and he will only be able to visit me in jail. All my plans for the future, including my life, as I have known it, are gone.

I suddenly realized that I knew very little about the world around me. I do not keep up with what happens to people, as they grow older. These were matters that I have never given much thought. I have always stayed to myself and was not interested in politics or worldly matters. I am, and have been, very naive about the world.

I logged into the internet and immersed myself into doing research about registering with the government. Information was very sparse, but I did learn quite a lot about the female registration process. If jail space is available, the girl is booked into the jail system where they strip her of all her clothes until her trial date. If they put her in jail, they expedite her trial date in order to keep the cost of jail time to a minimum. Once she appears before a judge, he will immediately sentence her. A guilty sentence results in her conversion to an animal. The conversion process changes her neural pathways in her brain, and she loses most of her cognitive abilities. She will completely forget her past life and will begin to act and respond as an animal. She will only be able to walk on all fours. She will be unable to speak or understand a language.

Soon after they convert her to an animal, they will sell her at an auction to reduce the costs needed to maintain her at a holding facility. Society legally considers her an animal. She is no longer a human. These animals make excellent pets and the auctioneer usually obtains a high bid very quickly.

Females, especially, cannot expect to survive in society unless they are registered and assigned a lottery number. I became frightened of this prospect. I don’t want to register now, and let the government sentence me to the life of an animal.

My life is ruined. And all of this is happening to me because I forgot to register last year. What will happen next? How will I break this news to David?"

I thought of all the times that I have pushed him away. Soon, I possibly may never be around him again. The thought of this is unbearable.

"I am having a difficult time letting this entire situation soak in. Surely, I will be able to appeal this decision. They will only place me in the lottery and possibly draft me after I register. They can’t possibly put me in jail because
