The Simplicity of the Gospel of Jesus Christ: The First Principles of the Oracles of God
()
About this ebook
This book is Divinely inspired and proclaims the need for all Christians to believe all the words of Jesus Christ exactly as He says in a correctly translated Holy Bible, such as the King James Version and those based on it. Herein includes the First Principles of The Oracles of God, and is for all who sincerely wish that God, The Creator of all heaven and earth, will intervene in the affairs of life and in world circumstances. All that Jesus says and is given us through His holy apostles - very much do apply to all Christians today, the same as yesterday; and will apply forever. As Jesus says, My words will by no means pass away (Mark 24:35). Therefore, this book is for all of Gods children to get understanding of the Lords spiritual precepts and commands. The reader will review from the Holy Scriptures how every Christian should be (especially now) diligently seeking a close relationship with Jesus Christ - to know His Ways. And, know how He has given us spiritual Authority to reverse the rising social turmoil and stop the devastation that has been plaguing this nation, and over the earth. This book will enlighten every reader to know how we need to seriously examine ourselves and our relationship with Jesus Christ. And that we need to do so quickly, rather than blaming others (and each other) for out troubles; and to know that the Way to life abundantly is to truly be in Jesus Christ - not relying on government policies and programs.
For the good of all in Gods house, our families and our loved ones, and for the salvation of our country, it is hoped that you and all in your family will obtain a copy of this book, read and study it carefully. Herein are fresh enlightenment of Gods Truth and whole Counsel. Folks; this is sorely needed, because as Jesus says, It-is-written (Luke 4:4).
Blessings to all.

Writer’s comment:
I have learned that when I did not know and understand the truth about God’s Word – I had been easily deceived by the beliefs and comments of others. And so, in this book there is given far-reaching Divine Enlightenment for you to get understanding
about many, many questions you probably have had about God, His Word and Promises (the good and the severity), and about His Spirit. Therefore, I know you will be remarkably Blessed as you review the many Scriptures referenced herein.
SCRIPTURE COPY, REFERENCES AND WRITER’S ASSURANCE
T his book is about Jesus Christ and him crucified for (1) the Atonement
of our sins; and (2) that every Christian might know Him
- in the Power of His Resurrection. God The Father has done those things that we may have His Blessings and the abundant life - even in the midst of great tribulations (Matthew 24:21-31) now in manifestion.
Unless noted otherwise, scriptures referenced and copied herein are from the New King James Version (NKJV), English language translation; The Holy Bible, by the Thomas Nelson Publishing Company, Nashville, Tennessee - unless noted as being from the Authorized King James Version (KJV).
As this vessel of the Lord has observed in over thirty three years of studying from different English translations, many Bibles do not always agree with God’s Word in meaning(s) of spiritual things in accordance with 1 Corinthians 2:13. For that reason, the format and writing style of this book is as given by Unction
of The Holy Spirit (1 John 2:20 [KJV]) for the purpose of emphasizing what God’s Word actually says - His meanings and the need for every Christian to believe all
and become doers
of the words and Commands of Jesus; as it is written correctly. God’s meaning can always be determined somewhere in an authorized Holy Bible, here a little and there a little
, when we study in accordance with how God Word says
He gives knowledge and understanding (Isaiah 28:9-13).
Therefore, I encourage you to keep a copy of The Holy Bible
handy as you read this book so that you can be in keeping with the example and Command that is written in Acts 17:11 and 2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV).
****************************************
M any of God’s children have grown weary of hearing and reading religious half-truths
in the name of Christianity. And so, the Holy Spirit has given me to make this personal proposal. If the reader will believe the Divine Principles and Commands in God’s Word as referenced in this book; by the time you complete reading this book and reviewing God’s Truth referenced herein, you should have experienced the Presence of God - the Creator of all heaven and earth. His Presence
is always manifested with those who in their heart love God’s Truth; and experience is a spiritual one in accordance with the words of Jesus in John 7:37&38, and as it is written in 1 John 5:8:
"If anyone thirsts [for Truth], let him come to Me and drink.
He who believes in Me [all that He says],
as the Scripture has said -
out of his heart [human spirit, not human heart] will flow -
rivers of Living Water (Revelation 22:1)."
"And there are three that bear witness on earth [by spiritual means]:
The Spirit (John 20:22), the Water (John 7:38), and the Blood
[of Jesus (Hebrew 10:19; 1 Peter 1:2 and 1 John 1:7)];
and these three agree as One."
As we are diligent to walk in agreement with all that is Jesus Christ, we experience God’s Promises for Blessings in evidence. Being in agreement with Him means there is no practicing sin in our lives - such as un-forgiveness or intentional disobedience to God’s Word. As such, much of what is in this book goes far beyond traditional Christianity
that teaches tolerance to iniquity and sin with preaching that says, there is no perfect church
; well, maybe not; but we are to be in the spirit. Many things reviewed herein may be difficult for some Christians to accept at first. Nevertheless you can be assured that all written in this book is God’s Truth as confirmed in the Scriptures by the Guidance of The Holy Spirit; just as Jesus says He will do (John 16:13) with we who receive Him
(John 20:22).
Many Divine principles and commands are repeated in this book, some in parts and some in various ways; but that is OK. God’s Word is alive
and has manifold wisdom
(Ephesians 3:10). The more we hear
and speak
The Word - the more it becomes a part of us. So; after you have studied this book completely, if there is anything proclaimed herein about Christian spiritual growth that is not in accordance with God’s Word (aside from typo’s or writing error), prove your case in writing by scriptural reference(s) [King James Version]. If from your claim I cannot show that what I have proclaimed is in accordance with the Holy Scriptures, I will refund to you the full price you paid for this book (subject to a valid receipt). How can I make such an offer? Because I am confident that no matter where you have been in life, or you now are in your spiritual walk; by the time you complete this book - if you have a love for the Truth you will be even further along in understanding God’s Word and knowing Jesus Christ - not just about Him. Then it can be for you as it was with the ancient king Uzziah; it is recorded in 2 Chronicles 26:3-5 (in parts):
"Uzziah was sixteen years old when he became king,
and he reigned fifty-two years in Jerusalem. …
And he did what was right in the sight of the Lord, …
He sought God in the days of Zechariah [God’s prophet] …;
and as long as he [Uzziah] sought the Lord
[receiving from God’s prophet - now also apostles [Ephesians 4:11-16)],
God made him prosper."
And so, as Jesus says in Luke 11:49:
"Therefore the Wisdom of God [Christ (1 Corinthians 1:24)] also said,
‘I will send them [in the Church] prophets and apostles, …"
And as we go forth, we are to proclaim God’s Word (not our opinions and interpretations), that it might be understood to be as it is written in 2 Timothy 3:16&17. And as it is written in Hebrews 4:12:
"For [all] the Word of God is (1) Living and (2) Powerful,
and (3) Sharper than any two-edged sword – Piercing,
even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow,
and (4) is a Discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
Therefore, the Holy Spirit may use any single
verse or phrase anywhere in the Holy Bible to Minister to us, and/or through us - for the benefit of others.
TO JESUS CHRIST:
Who He was then, He still is;
What He did then on earth, He still does (Hebrews 13:8)
through faithful members in His body –
those Christians who are being in His Image.
****************************************
J esus Christ is the begotten Son of the one, true, and Living God. He has promised that all who keep His words
(John 14:23), will have continuous peace and victories in all circumstances of life (John 14:27). As Christians we are to have (1) victories over our sinful flesh nature (Ephesians 2:3–10), (2) authority over the schemes of the devil (Luke 10:19), (3) peace, (4) fullness of joy (John 16:24), (5) the abundant life (John 10:10 and Proverbs 112:1-3), (6) good health (3 John 2), and (7) a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
All those Promises are ours to have each day, all day - now and in the future; and it matters not what has happened in our past. So, if any one (or more) of those seven promises of God is missing in your life; or, they were present and now seem to be slipping away - you need to read this book. It is the beginning of the fulfillment of God’s Word in Revelation 10:7 and 14:6&7:
"…in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel [last trumpet],
when he is about to sound, the Mystery of God would be finished,
as He declared to His servants the prophets."
"Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven,
having the everlasting Gospel to preach
to those who dwell on the earth –
to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people –
saying with a loud voice, ‘Fear God and give glory to Him,
for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him –
who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.’ "
SALUTATION
G reetings in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the only Begotten Son of the Father - the One True and Living God, Creator of all heaven and earth. Jesus was the Lamb of Sacrifice for the sins of all humankind; and being Raised from the dead, He Conquered death and the grave. In this book we review how one of the reasons He came to earth is to give us Life on earth, and it more abundantly
(John 10:10), as truly super-natural
beings.
I know; the phrase super-natural
does not appear anywhere in the Authorized King James Bible; but neither does the word Rapture
or Trinity
; both are clichés’, man’s catch phrases for a biblical truth. We Christians are in the natural, but we are to live far beyond our natural ability by the Power of The Holy Spirit as we abide in Jesus Christ to be super-natural
- as He is. It is written in 1 John 4:17b:
"…as He Is, so are we [to be (Romans 4:17b)] in this world
[having His Authority on earth(Mathew 28:18)]."
According to the New Testament Covenant, all Christians are to learn how to stop struggle with adverse circumstances in the natural and learn to walk in the Spirit
; living in the super-natural
– in the Spirit (Galatians 5:16-25). As we shall review, according to God’s Word, struggling in marriage and family dysfunctions, being sick, or living in poverty; none of those are God’s Will for His people! Therefore Jesus says this in Matthew 11:28&29:
"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden,
and I will give you Rest."
So I ask you; should resting in Jesus be a life of recurring adversity?! Since you know the correct answer in your heart, you should know that something has been amiss in the lives of most Christians. After trying life my way for thirty-eight years, and now living God’s Way; His Way is much better! In fact; if I had not turned to God over thirty years ago, I would probably be dead by now; or, as others my age and younger - fearful of the future and suffering from various forms of emotional and/or physical disorders.
The whole Counsel of God tells us that suffering of any kind, other than from religious persecution, is not what being a Christian is supposed to be about. Therefore, the most rewarding and lasting objective we can have in this life, even more than a job or a career or being married to a wealthy spouse, or a favorite past-time - is this: To learn how to apprehend all seven of the Creator’s Promises of total fulfillment in everything as reviewed in the dedication above. Jesus says this in Matthew 6:31-33:
"… do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or
‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?
For after all these things the Gentiles [world] seek.
For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
But, seek first the kingdom of God
and His righteousness [not disregarding this part],
and all these things shall be Added to you."
****************************************
T o emphasize again: God has Promised every Christian (1) Authority over the devil, (2) Victory over addictions and bad habits, (3) Dominion over the earth, (4) Peace and soundness of mind, (5) Love and continuous joy, (6) Good health, and (7) Material prosperity; in His son
(Romans 89:14). But all require the same enthusiasm as any other pursuit in this life. To be successful in Jesus Christ also requires (A) good preparation, (B) commitment, (C) continuous learning and (D) hearing another, which includes God’s Voice.
The biggest hindrance to any one of the above is to not believe that it applies to oneself. We must believe all the words of Jesus because He says He has come to give us Life and it more abundantly (John 10:10). So if we have been a Christian for a period of time and still are not living the abundant life
; well, you may not like this, but it’s the truth (I learned it the hard way). The reason any child of God is not enjoying the abundant life
is because that one has not been a true believer
, nor a doer
of the words of Jesus
(period).
From God’s perspective, a defeated life has nothing to do with any adverse circumstance. That is a spiritual Law that is clearly defined in the Lord’s parable in Matthew 7:24-27. In that parable, both the wise man
and the foolish man
heard what Jesus says
. The wise man was a doer
(James 1:22), but the foolish man was not; but deceived himself into thinking he did not have to be a doer
. He who says Jesus did it all for me at the Cross
- as he had been told by another, is not a wise man. The rains have been descended, the floods have come and gone and the winds have blown; all have been beating on the house of both types of Christians
. But the storms of life have had little or no effect on the wise Christian
- because he (or she) has been a doer
of what Jesus says
(James 1:22).
However as we will also review; no one can be a doer
of Jesus Christ by any natural means; and all Christians who are not doers
of Jesus Christ shall be Judged by God’s Word as it is written in Hebrews 6:4-6:
"For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened,
and have tasted the heavenly Gift,
and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit,
and have tasted the good Word of God [Blessings]
and the Powers of the age to come;
if they fall away [turning their backs on the Lord],
to renew them again to repentance [is impossible],
since they crucify again, for themselves, the Son of God;
and put Him to an open shame."
****************************************
Y ou may call me Brother Patrick (Matthew 23:8c); which second part is my middle name. God Called me by that name for His purpose - not unlike Moses and Saul (Paul the apostle), and the many, many others He chose to be His vessel in the natural. And that did happen - whether anyone wishes to believe any of it, or not. Nevertheless, I am confident that long before you complete reading of this book you will know that it is His book
; unless ones heart is hardened to spiritual reality. Even so, my hand is that of a ready writer
(Psalms 45:1c), and although my writing may not be perfect; God’s Word is Perfect! It is as written in Galatians 1:15-16:
"… it pleased God,
who separated me from my mother’s womb
[literally – from a twin brother]
and Called me through His Grace [unmerited favor]
to reveal His Son [The Word] in me,
that I might proclaim His Truth among His people, …"
God said to me these words in a deep resonating Voice: "There is nothing wrong with My Word Patrick, except that men have perverted it; and your job is to speak the Truth."
And that is a true testimony! From my mother’s womb, I was born afflicted; according to the doctor (I am told), I was not supposed to live past two years (now in my seventies). My twin brother was born healthy - but God took him when we were eleven months old.
It has been over thirty-three years of diligent study to know the truth whereas God has prepared me to write this book (and more). But I only began writing for this publication about four years ago, and it is to be the first of a series of at least three more books - as the Lord has revealed and will lead.
I became aware of what I was being prepared for when I decided to (A) believe all that is written in the authorized version of the Holy Bible, and (B) be open to know and understand the Truth - as God’s Voice and His Word says it is. So I was Given a mind-set from the Lord to find out if all spiritual precepts in the New Testament Scriptures are True; and then share my finding with His people. This book is partial fulfillment of that Calling.
My seeking and searching was very challenging in early years, and there has been a lot of trial and error to be a doer
and understand spiritual precepts. At first I seemed to be getting nowhere until I realized that everything we men do (or do not do), affects everyone in our family most often before it affects us. So not wanting to hurt the one(s) I loved, I had to learn how to get out of the flesh
(it is natural to be that way), and learn to walk in the Spirit
(Galatians 5:19 and 5:16) on a daily basis - as much as humanly possible (we will never be perfect in the natural).
Judy (my wife), her mom, and I are living witnesses to the Truth that is Jesus Christ. And this book includes my testimony to all that - He is very much Alive
and on the Throne of God. And He has been given by The Father, all Power in heaven and on earth - through His Spiritual Body, which members all
Christians are Called to
Be" (1 Corinthians 12:27; Colossians 2:19; Romans 4:17b and 14:7).
He has given His Power and Authority by measure
to members of His Spiritual Body - to be in effect over all the earth. My wife and I continually experience and observe evidence of all those things by many, many supernatural occurrences and with continuing fresh enlightenment from The Holy Spirit. And you too can experience them –as you believe all that is Jesus Christ. It written in 1 Corinthians 13:11-12 and Psalms 37:25:
"When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child,
I thought as a child [applies also to spiritual immaturity]; but
when I became a [mature]man, I put away childish things."
"I have been young, and now I am old; yet –
I have not seen the righteous forsaken nor his seed
[sown in good ground (Matthew 13:9)] begging bread."
As a sower
for God’s Word of Truth by this book, I sincerely hope you will be good ground
(Matthew 13:9). I have prayed that you will see that it is Jesus I serve as a faithful friend, Called
to proclaim the truth (Romans 11:29); and that you will come to know the whole Counsel of God
and the hope of His Call on your life
(Acts 20:27 and Ephesians 4:4).
It is when we get understanding of the knowledge of Jesus Christ
(1 Peter 1:2), we can easily become doers of the Word
(James 1:22) without doubting. We then realize that all of God’s Word is settled in heaven
, has not changed
(Psalms 119:89 and Malachi 3:3), and applies to us today – the same as it applied to all Christians in the beginning of the Church Age.
****************************************
H aving not been called to intercede for any man (Jesus Calls no man to do that); I am Called to be submitted to Him - that He may speak through me for the benefit of others (Ephesians 4:29b), as He chooses. And now, even the spiritually blind can see that God’s Truth is very much needed
. Therefore, God’s Word is proclaimed herein in accordance with Luke 11:49; 1 Corinthians 10:11 and Ezekiel 3:10&11. Yes, to most it will at first be strong spiritual meat; but if you will chew off small pieces at a time, at first; eventually you will be able to digest all that is served at the Master’s Table.
In this book there are no new Divine revelations; simply fresh enlightenment. All of God’s Word has been with us for two thousand years. And because it has been two thousand years, we are witnessing the manifestation of the beast
, and soon will be the time of the number
of his name
. We are rapidly seeing
what he stands for
(his name) in manifestation. Looking around any Christian should be aware of the time
we are now in as this next prophecy is coming to pass. It is written in Revelation 13:18b:
"Let him who has understanding –
calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man:
His [all man-kind’s] number is 666."
The letter a
is not a part of the ancient languages in which the Scriptures were recorded. By The Holy Spirit, understanding
of that prophecy is Given. It has two meanings: One applies to the world; the second meaning applies to the Church. Remember; God’s ways and thoughts are not as man’s ways and thoughts (Isaiah 55:8&9).
In the world all men are entering the time
when the number
for all humankind will soon be up
- as the meaning of the parable in the number 666
; which applies to the fulfillment of the Church Age in this way (remembering that God’s ways and thoughts are not as our ways and thoughts). The first 6
represents (1) the fulfillment of all 66 books in the Holy Bible (without the Apocrypha). The second 6
represents (2) 6 days - by the Lord’s clock (2 Peter 3:8), from the beginning of man in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 2:15), to the Coming of Jesus Christ on the clouds
to reap the harvest (Revelation 14:14-16). The third 6
represents (3) the fulfillment of all 66 curses for disobedience (Deuteronomy 29:15-68), which are now in manifestation to take place simultaneously over the earth.
In the Church there is the full manifestation of corrupt church leaders who the Scriptures call brute beast
. They and their fate are described in 2 Peter 2:8 through 3:7. For the purpose of this study, we focus specifically on 2 Peter 2:12-17 (in parts with meanings inserted):
"But these, like natural [in the flesh] brute [oppressors] beasts …,
(1) speak evil of the things they do not understand,
(2) in their own corruption and will (3) receive the wages
of unrighteousness, … they (4) count it pleasure to carouse [celebrate] in the daytime.
(4) They are (5) spots and blemishes (Ephesians 5:27), [celebrating]
in (6) their own deceptions - while they feast with you,
having (7) eyes full of adultery and [ungoverned desires]
that (8) cannot cease from sin, (9) enticing [spiritually] unstable souls.
They have (10) a heart trained in covetous practices
[taught how to grow a church],
and (11) are accursed children [of God]. They have (12)
forsaken the right way and gone astray,
following (13) the way of Balaam the son of Beor
[disobeyed God for material gain (Numbers 22:12-22)], …
These are (14) wells without Water [without God’s Anointing (Jude: 12)],
.(15) clouds carried by a tempest [storm],
for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever."
****************************************
K nowing God’s meaning of the parable of the number of man
, we know there is still more of God’s Word to be fulfilled before Jesus comes on the clouds. And that is a reality which is the subject of much deeper studying - being Guided by the Holy Spirit. It is a Truth that can never be known based on human imagination and reasoning. In the meantime, our faith should be strong in God’s Truth that we already know. Which brings us to a Truth we need clear awareness of; it is written in Revelation 21:9b–11 & 24–27:
"… ‘Come, I will show you the Bride, the Lamb’s wife.’…,
and he showed me the great city, … Its gates shall not be shut at all by day
(there shall be no night there [Revelation 22:5]).
… there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles
(Revelation 21:8 and 22:15a), or causes
an abomination (Proverb 6:16-19 and Matthew 24:19), or
a lie (1 John 4:20 and Revelation 22:15b);
but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life."
Folks; none of the knowledge you have just read, or will read in this book, is proclaimed to exalt myself as knowing more than anyone else. It is God’s Spirit who has shown me these things to proclaim. Nor is it my intent to offend any person that has understood differently; or make anyone feel bad about understanding that has not been solidly based in Jesus Christ. But, the truth is this: If we want the abundant life that is in Jesus - in the midst of the coming storms (being wealthy and/or building a bunker is no guarantee). If we want to spend eternity with Jesus Christ, we must believe all of God’s Truth. And truth begins with ourselves, first; and then by Jesus speaking to us through others as He chooses (not as we choose) - for our good.
There is nothing more important than getting to know Jesus Christ - which is only by spiritual understanding
of God’s Word by His Way; and both can only be done by spending time with Him in Communion with The Holy Spirit. Knowing Jesus Christ needs to be our top priority - above business, a job, military duty or even ministry; and even above family (Matthew 10:37). Folks, there is absolutely nothing
you have to do that is more important than learning the Truth of God’s Word – which parts we review in this book.
As we emphasize many, many times; God’s Word is settled in heaven
. All things prophesied will take place as it-is-written
; and none has changed in two thousand years. So, just as it is with gravity (which we cannot see), there are spiritual Laws of God that affect our lives and circumstances - whether we choose to believe it, understands it, or whether most choose not to believe certain parts that don’t make them feel good about themselves. Therefore; whether you are a church leader or a new convert, I urge you to travel with us on this spiritual journey to the Kingdom of God - on the high-way
of God’s Truth. It shall be as it is written in Isaiah 35:8:
"A High-way shall be there, and a road,
and it shall be called The High-way of Holiness. The unclean
shall not pass over it, but it shall be for others
[the pure in heart, etc., (Matthew 5:3-11)]. Whoever walks the road,
although a fool (Proverbs 1:22b), shall not go astray."
As a bit of conventional wisdom as we take our journey: If one tries to speed read when he studies God’s Word (or read this book), trying to quickly extract a capsule or two here and there; they will miss the completeness of the Divine Enlightenment. Speed-reading is not beneficial when reading God’s Word (or any covenant/agreement); every Word
that is missed leaves the reader with less understanding of what is fully required of him, and his liability. It is written in Matthew 4:4; 24:35 and Hebrews 4:12:
"…, Man shall not live by Bread [The Word (John 6:45)] alone, but
by every Word that proceeds from the mouth of God
[The Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 28:1&2 and John 16:13)]."
"Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words
[not the words by men] will by no means pass away."
"… The Word of God [all of it] is quick, and Powerful,
and Sharper than any two-edged sword, …"

Foreword
A s it is written in Ephesians 4:29 and 2 Timothy 4:1; in this book we preach The Word that is good for necessary edification
– so that the Lord may impart Grace to the hearer
. And The Word is loosed
to go forth into the hearts of those who have ears to hear (Matthew 18:18; Luke 10:18-20 and Acts 20:27); as The Word says it should be for all in Ephesians 1:16-19a.
Upon His Calling me to ministry, God told me this: There is nothing wrong with My Word, Patrick, except that men have perverted it
(God’s exact words). And so throughout this
