In Too Deep

About this ebook
When it comes to walking in the wrong direction, we all have a testimony to tell. Instead of loving those that were created to provide protection over us, we find ourselves hating the very ground they walk on. We create a mental prison and lock them up; sometimes for many years. Refusing to use the key of forgiveness to release them so that we too may become free; we aimlessly walk around in silent frustration. And all this because of the pain and suffering one has infringed upon us in the past. Because of our cancerous thoughts we build a stronghold around our heart; and even if we want to release those from our mental prison, it's easier to find a reason to keep them locked up. You even believe wholeheartedly this is the right thing to do and that God has your back. But thank God for those "on time" experiences that hinder you from staying on Destruction Road and places you on Destiny Highway. If I was ever going to considered turning back, its to late now, because I am In Too Deep.

Born in Valdosta, Georgia on September 30, to the late Joe Lewis Cooper Sr. and Evelyn Cooper. Although born in Georgia, I was raised in Brooklyn N.Y. I am the third eldest of nine children. I remember as a child asking many times, "why does my life have to be this way". I had endured so many traumatic experiences and confused as to why, if there is a God, He would allow this to happen to me. As I grew to understand that God has a divine purpose and plan for my life, this was all part of that process. Jeremiah 28:11 says "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. As that life I once knew came to a sudden halt, a shift took place. A shift that ushered me off Destruction Road and onto Destiny Highway to complete this journey called life. Writing has always been my passion. Experience has always been my best teacher. The glory of my life have been birth out of the labor pains of my story. These are mere words of reflections in which my ears have heard, my heart have endured and my eyes have beheld!

I would always make mention of God, who is the head of my life, to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to the Holy Ghost. Three unique individuals; one awesome God! I love you.
To my mom Evelyn Cooper, after the Creator, without you there would be no me. I love you
To my spiritual mom Daisy Freemen who continues to be a tremendous blessing to me. I love you
To my children: Nel, Tyisha and Ralph 3rd - you are all truly a blessing to me and I will forever love you. don’t forget
To my grandchildren: Jada, Natalia, Tajon, Nyla and Isabella - you will always be precious to me. I love you all
To my siblings: Sharlotte, Cynthia, Joe Jr., Randy, Monica, Barry, Pam and Ollie - I will always love you.
To all my nephews, nieces and other relatives - I love you all
To Boyon Jones - I thank you for all your labor of love and words of encouragement, you have truly been a friend.
To Gary Mayes - man of God I thank you for all your words of wisdom
To my Kingdom Life Church International /ACM family (Apostle Andre Cook) Rehoboth C.O.G.I.C. family CT. ( Pastor Augustus Pullen), Wayfaring Ministries family in CT. ( Apostle Eugene Brunson) - I love and appreciate you all
To another awesome man of God: Elder James Swendson of Regal Robes in Fairfield CT - this is truly one of the great men of God that have been chosen to supply the garments for countless number of men and women of God all over Connecticut. He has a creativeness about him that allows him to add his own designs to the priestly garments to bring that uniqueness to each one. His love, kindness, and patience goes into everything he does. There has never been a wrong time or a bad time whenever you called him. His words of wisdom and his perseverance in life has deeply inspired many. I have watched him give special time and care to the clergy attire when they arrive. It did’t stop there, he would pray over them for a scripture from the Lord, and put that on the inside of the robe. He knew that God had a special place in His heart for them, and he wanted them to know it. There could‘t have been a better time for God to bring our lives together. He is truly a spiritual father, friend, prayer partner and mentor. You will always be remembered in my prayers, love you.
Foreword
First, I would like to thank God for Apostle Prophet Andre Cook of Kingdom Life Church International, for having such a Holy Ghost boldness to dare to be different. Change is what makes the difference. Change has been something we in the body of Christ, have yet to embrace. I’m not talking about being caught up in change as a result of being part of this forever changing world, because change is inevitable. I am talking about if we are ever going to get back to a place where God is pleased with us enough to allow us to hear from Heaven change! That’s a mouth full, but this man of God has done an extraordinary work in teaching on what is said to be one of the greatest obsessions of God; and that is Change! His extensive teaching about change has re-ignited the fire within me as it renewed my passion for ministry. He is undoubtedly a tough leader to follow and the ministry is certainly not, church as usual. I am fascinated by his passion for the Word and his ability to articulate it with our human experiences. I noticed this same fascination on the faces of the youth as they attentively sit at the edge of their seats as they await the conclusion of his message. All the Godly principles are in the Word of God and all he does is lead you there. If your motives in following him are in the right place, you will have the potential of being successful in your ministry as well as in your life. At first it was hard for me to embrace or grasp what this man of God was doing. It was so different from what I was use to in ministry. There were times I felt this ministry was not for me. After a couple of conversations with him I realized I was in the right place, at the right time. The reason I kept disqualifying myself in ministry was because of a distorted view I had of what ministry was all about. He ask me if I would sit for a moment to hear what God is saying to me about the directions in ministry. What a profound statement! America are you listening? There’s a sound we are hearing that is coming from heaven. I believe the sound is being heard through the weather related disasters that we have been experiences. These events or troubles have cause one to, cease all activities for a moment, take flight, reconnect and become closer to our love ones and most of all seek help. The Bible says in Luke 21:26: "Men’s hearts failing
