- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Liquid Leadership is a unique book that gives managers the tools they need to lead a multigenerational workforce. With over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, Szollose learned how to manage a strong team made up of Baby Boomers and young, tech savvy Generations X & Y. He co-founded K2 Design, Inc. during the dot.com era of the early 90s, which experienced a growth of 425% over five years and expanded from two business partners to 426 million. Szollose realized that technology has changed the face of corporate America and that a gap has formed between the Baby Boomers and the younger generations that have grown up immersed in different technologies. His book explains that in order for a company to be successful in the Information Age, business owners need to replace their outdated models of management with Liquid Leadership.
