About this ebook

This eBook by Douglas Baker considers how meditation can bridge the gap between our personality and the Soul or Higher Self. The Soul waits to inspire us, if only we can join with it in creating a bridge, the Antakarana.
Dr. Baker discusses how in the Aquarian Age an understanding of the rhythms of our bodies and our interaction with others and an appreciation of the cycles of nature and planetary karma can assist us in tempering modes of meditation to suit to our unique situation and the hectic demands of life.
