    INTRODUCTION

    I’m a runner. Not an avid runner, but the type of runner who thinks running is a good way to stay in shape… and it also allows me to have that little bit of junk food now and then. I am a real person, though, so I hope you can relate to my journey. If I can touch one life and help one person through the pain of a divorce by publishing this book, the work will be entirely worth it.

    You might be wondering if this entire book is designed to encourage you to run, but you can rest assured it is not. Let me also make mention of the fact that I love short, easy-reading books.
