Compiler-THOMAS H. PERDUE is a former student at Ohio State University, and gained a Business Degree. While at Ohio State, he was Co-Captain of the 1961 Football Team, which was Co-Champions with Alabama, as judged by the Football Writers Association. Additionally, he was an All-American Baseball player in 1960. He has experienced many different challenges since those playing days, and this writing is the most difficult of all of the challenges. All the while, his love for the sovereign God, and His works, has filled his mind. Although he became a believer in Yeshua haMashiah at age 7, his walk has been less than holy, at certain times.

Thomas accepted by faith (Genesis 15:6-Abrahamic Covenant) in Yeshua haMashiah on February 11, 1948 [Adar I-1, 5708]. He was immersed into Yeshua haMashiah on Sunday, February 15, 1948 [Adar I-5, 5708]. From February 11, 1948, Thomas belonged to Mashiah [Mashiah Mânâh, by Faith-belonging to Yeshua haMashiah], and became part of His Body. Believer’s in Yeshua haMashiah are also called Christians, but not all who claim to be Christians are believers. The Mashiah Mânâh, started as a sect of Jews, at Mashiah’s first advent, and Gentiles could not join for 8 years, as ordered by Mashiah Himself. Later, the Gentiles could join, but they must be grafted into the sect of Jews, to this day. Nothing could pluck Thomas out of Yeshua haMashiah’s Hand-even Thomas [and his sin]. Thomas, like Abraham, had faith in Mashiah, and it was counted as righteousness to him: he was righteous because of Yeshua. Thomas is righteous, but still has a fleshly sin-nature [Remember Noah, Abraham, David, etc.]. This sin-nature is part of every descendent from Adam/Eve. In fact, Thomas was as filthy rags (Hebrew, ‘êd 5708; from an unused root meaning to set a period; the menstruall flux [as periodical]; by implication [in plural] soiling:-filthy). Isaiah 64:6 can help here, "But we are all as an unclean thing, and our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away." Wow! Thomas’ immersion in Yeshua haMashiah happened in 5708, of the Jewish Calendar, and filthy rags, has an Hebrew number of 5708. Again, Wow!

When Thomas believed and accepted Yeshua haMashiah by faith, he had his Cure for unrighteousness. God’s gift is righteousness [Ephesians 6:14b, ..havingon the breastplate of righteousness] which was provided by Mashiah. Because of Mashiah’s Righteousness-Thomas is Righteous. Again, Thomas is righteous but still has his old nature, and sins often. Sin [ our flesh], the World and Satan, can cause a believer in Yeshua haMashiah to sin: but Yeshua haMashiah has provided a cure for the sins we commit after we become part of His Body. 1 John 1:8-10 gives us the Cure: "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. (9) If we Confess our Sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us from our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (10) If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us."

So to become part of Mashiah Mânâh, one must Believe by Abrahamic Faith (Genesis 15:6) to be regenerated; after becoming part of these called out ones [Ecclesia], and one sins, he/she must Confess their Sins to be forgiven of them.

With that said, I am not a prophet, rabbi, priest or a trained writer, but one who is brokenhearted about the state of iniquity in our world. Isaiah expresses well the feelings which are part of my feelings today, as I write about how the Apostasy of Cush, Nimrod and Semiramis, has consumed the whole world. Pausanias, as second-century CE writer amply justifies the reputation of a forty-foot-high Statute of Zeus that adorned the Acropolis. Zeus was portrayed with an olive wreath in his hair, golden sandals on his feet, and an ornamental cloak about his shoulders. He held in his right hand an image of Victory (Of course-the Nike goddess); in his left, a scepter supporting an eagle. This sounds like America today-Just do it! is part of every American’s daily life. Isaiah 6:1-13, should be read by all, but here we will focus on verse 5, "Then said I, Woe is me! For I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips [defiled or polluted] : for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts. Then in verse 8, Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us [the triune One God]? Then said I, Here am I; send me. Now verses 9, 10, And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not. (10) Make the heart of this people fat [the more Isaiah preaches, and they reject his message, the more they will be hardened toward the Lord], and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed [cf. Matthew 13:14-15; John 12:39-41; Acts 28:25-27].

God has filled my heart with this task, and I have received help from many wonderful writers [and was rejected by other wonderful writers] with this project, and my goal is, to God be the Glory. Now when we write about those who are practicing the Apostasy of Nimrod and Semiramis, which was made up stuff after the Flood, it is impossible not to offend everyone. We all worship other gods instead of the Holy One God of Israel. Many of my beloved friends are former teammates at Ohio State University [Football & Baseball], and they are part of the different groups that allow Pagan Practices, as am I. When I point out the apostasy of different organizations, to which they belong, it doesn’t mean that I don’t love my teammates. My love for them is just as great as the love I have for my own family. Many of my teammates have helped me spiritually, emotionally, and financially over the years, and their love for me has been great.

To me, this series of books [Mashiah vs. Anti-Mashiah, Creation to the Flood; Abraham’s Promised Seed: Yeshua haMashiah, Abrahamic and Davidic Covenant; Yeshua haMashiah, Moses Torah Law to the death of Mashiah; Mashiah Mânâh I and Mashiah Mânâh II, Yeshua haMashiah’s death, to the time of Jacob’s Trouble {Jeremiah 30:7}; Mashiah ben David, Tribulation Period {Jacob’s Trouble}; Judah, Tell Ephriam Its Time!-The Sabbath Kingdom of 1,000 years, and Olam Haba] is intended to help them and my other loved ones, and ALL the other people in the world for whom Yeshua haMashiah died. The books are designed to help all people turn to the One God, and give up the Pagan gods which are so important to us (sports, money, etc). An additional three books, which are Second Blessing, Passover and Sukkot, Forever, and Why Me, Lord? are good reasons why we do expect to give up the Pagan gods and goddesses. Each person today should join the Mashiah Mânâh [by believing faith in Yeshua haMashiah’s death, burial, resurrection, and ascending to heaven to apply His blood once to the heavenly altar]. Any individual in the World [regardless of Religious preference] can accept Yeshua haMashiah personally, in this way. Most Religious Organizations today (since Nimrod and Semiramis made it up), choose Good Works as their way to become Righteous. But they don’t tell you how many good works it takes! By becoming Righteous by Faith in Yeshua haMashiah, the Word of God says we are forever Righteous. Because we are Righteous, we will have a desire to do good works.

INTRODUCTION-Overview Of The Work Of Mashiah vs. Anti-Mashiah

Why write about the Mashiah and His Adversary?

In an ancient document that was written over 6,000 years ago, and is the only written History before the Flood of Noah, in 2348 BCE, we learn that God Created the Heavens and Earth, and all that was in it. God, in the first chapter of this book, called Genesis, stated that He saw everything that He had made, and, behold, it was very good… (v. 31). However male and female, were tempted by a fallen Angel Satan, and sinned. God had given male and female dominion over the earth, but both sinned, and Satan, who was against God, gained the position, or dominion over the earth, that Adam and Eve, forfeited.

This work has four different time measurements, which designates some particular purpose of God. Remember though, it is always God’s Grace that provides Salvation. We see Mashiah during the Creation, and all through history protecting the Seed that was promised to Eve, and was fulfilled in Mary, his Mother.

    Creation

God created space-time-matter, which included a Universe, Man/Woman, and He established a Theocratic Kingdom of God. When he was finished creating, he said, It is good. And He proclaimed that the evening and morning were the sixth day. So in the beginning, God created heaven and earth.

God created man/woman, so he would have someone to love. God is infinite [He is all alone and can be challenged by no one]. Watch this, in Exodus 3:14, I Am Who I Am [Tanach says, I Shall Be As I Shall Be]. God is personal. He is not what the New Age calls Him, The Force, A Higher Being, or Someone Up There. He is like us and we are like Him.

God is one, yet more than One. The first occurrence of the Divine name of God is the Hebrew word, Elohim *430-which emphasizes His Sovereign Majesty, and His All Sufficiency. Elohim with the im ending is a plural one, and is used in Genesis 1-3. It can also be used for gods, but in our setting, He is the subject; and it is clearly used in the singular. Thus, Elohim is a plural name with a singular meaning, a uniplural noun. That is, within the one essence of the Godhead we have to distinguish three persons who are neither three gods on the one side, nor three parts or modes of God on the other, but coequally and coeternally God. *Strong’s Hebrew and Greek Concordance.

    Satan’s Creation?

Satan has no power to create, and he is totally dependent on His Creator. He is in complete Apostasy against his Creator. In fact, Satan and his spiritual seed[s] made up two Babylon Creation Stories, lengthy King’s List, and made much use of the term Elohim [as multiple gods, beginning with Nimrod, then Semiramis, and then many others]. Satan attacks ever single book, page, paragraph, sentence, word, in the beginning of Genesis (first eleven chapters), and throughout the rest of Scripture.

Satan loves to allege that Evolution was the correct way, not Creation. As part of Satan’s Apostasy, Evolution needs long periods of time, and Satan provides King’s lists that exceed 450,000 years. Today, Evolutionist need much longer periods. One interesting point, is that a weaker translation of the first sentence has been established. Many of our top Seminaries teach that there is a gap of time between verses 1-2 of Genesis 1. In the Word of God, In the beginning (Hebrew, bereshith 7225) is used. Then the weaker translation of bereshith, such as: In the beginning of God’s creating…, or When God began to create. Our book title, Mashiah vs. Anti-Mashiah, means Mashiah Against Anti-Mashiah.

    One Man’s Opinion On God’s Creation-Moses

Let us Jump to Genesis 2:1, Thus the heavens and earth were finished, and all the hosts of them. Heaven was only listed in Genesis 1:1; thus all six days are listed together in literal 24-hour days. At sunset, the sixth day ends. Once I was questioned about the length of each day of the 6 days of Creation, and was told by the examiner that no one really knows for sure the true length of each day. Since the examiner was not willing to let the Tanach be read literally about the 6 days, or listen to any explanation I might give her from one of Henry M. Morris’ wonderful books, it seemed good to tell her about a character from the Scriptures who might be found. I told her it was a Hebrew fellow named Moses; and it was recorded in Exodus 20:8-11, Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. (9) Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: (10) But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: (11) For in six days the Lord made the heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Now, we know that Moses went up to God to get instructions in the third month, at which time, he received the Ten Commandments; and also we are told that Moses went up another time for forty days (Exodus 24:18). Then Moses re-enforces the message from the above four verses (Exodus 20:8-11), in Exodus 31:14-18. When Moses compares the likeness of Exodus 20:8, 10, the Sabbath day of Creation (Genesis 2b, 3), with the new Commandments God had just given him about a perpetual Sabbath of 24 hours; and also, compares the likeness of Exodus 20:9, 11, whereas, in the six days of Creation (Genesis 1:1-Genesis 2a), God worked for six days, God now stresses to Moses in verse 9 that man shall work for 6 days of 24 hours. Surely, in 1438 BCE, Moses would have questioned Elohim about the length of time it took for the six days of Creation. This is the story the Satanic System, changed. Trust the Tanach, Moses would have known what likeness he was comparing.

Semiramis, The Queen Of Heaven Becomes The Holy Spirit In The Mysteries

When Semiramis died, she was elevated to the Godhead as the Holy Spirit (as Juno), then it was just a matter of time when she became the one who fluttered on the water at Creation. Of course, Satan attacked everything about the first eleven chapters of Genesis, as we have recorded in this work.

    God’s Crowning Point Of Creation

In Genesis 2:7, we see where man was formed, And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Watchman Nee (The Spiritual Man, Christ Fellowship Publishers, Inc., NY) states about this verse:

"The original of the word life in the breath of life is Chay, and is in the plural. This may refer to the fact that the inbreathing soulical (pertains to the proper, appropriate, legitimate, or natural qualities, functions, or expressions of man’s soul which the Creator intended from the very beginning for the soul uniquely to possess and manifest) and spiritual. When the inbreathing of God entered man’s body it became the spirit of man. Good, now we have a spirit breathed into the lifeless body. Now, when the spirit reacted with the body the soul was produced. Man became a living soul (refers to man’s soul when the body was quickened by the spirit and brought into a living and self-conscious man). Thus, we have a composition of spirit, soul, and body" (Ibid., Nee, pp. 23-30, paraphrased).

According to Genesis 2:7, man was made up of only two independent elements, the corporeal and the spiritual; but when God placed the spirit within the casing of the earth (body), the soul was produced. The spirit of man touching the dead body produced the soul. The body apart from the spirit was dead, but with the spirit man was made alive. The organ this animated was called the soul (Ibid., Nee, pp. 2330).

    Before The Fall

In Genesis 1:27, So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created He them. Let us review Genesis 1:26, where we see the Elohim (us) when God said, "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness."

Let us look at Adam/Eve after they were made. They were not robots, but people who had a free-will to decide for themselves what to do. God was sovereign and the Kingdom of Heaven [Garden of Eden] was to be a Theocratic Government. Here is that look:

Before the Fall the spirit of man controlled the whole being through the soul. The power of the soul was completely under the dominion of the spirit. It’s strength was therefore, the spirit’s strength. The spirit cannot act upon the body; it can only do so through the medium of the soul.

    God’s Spirit SKU-000410202_TEXT.pdf conscience, intuition, communion SKU-000410202_TEXT.pdf Man’s spirit.

God’s plan was for man/woman to love Him as much as He loved them. If Adam/Eve had not sinned, and trusted the Sovereign God, who formed them, then the Kingdom of Heaven would have been complete, forever.

    Man/Woman Did Sin

Lucifer [Satan] wanted to be as the Most High God, and not God’s Guardian Angel. Thus he fell. In a matter of days [Satan was probably created on Day One after the Heavens were made, since that would be his domain], he caused Adam/Eve to violate God’s only command. That is, But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou shall eatest thereof, ye shall surely die (Genesis 2:17).

After This Sin Adam/Eve Did Die

They did not die physically, at this time, but later, they did die physically. However, Man/Woman’s spirit died immediately, and their relationship with God was very different. Their tripartite of spirit, soul and body changed after this fall.

Now let us return to Mr. Nee (p. 26):

It is through the corporal body that man comes into contact with the material world. Hence we may label the body as that part which gives us world-consciousness. The soul comprises the intellect, which aids us in the present state of existence and the emotions which proceed from the sense. Since the soul belongs to man’s own self and reveals his personality, it is termed the part of self-consciousness. The spirit is that part by which we commune with God and by which alone we are able to apprehend and worship Him. Because it tells us of our relationship with God, the spirit is called the element of God-consciousness. God dwells in the spirit, self dwells in the soul, while senses dwell in the body.

Before man committed sin the power of the soul was completely under the dominion of the spirit. Its strength was therefore the spirit’s strength. The spirit cannot itself act upon the body; it can only do so through the medium of the soul. God desires that the spirit, being the noblest part of man, should control the whole being. Yet, the will-the crucial part of individuality-belongs to the soul.

Proper order: God o-man’s spirit, soul, body. By the spirit Adam sensed God, knew God’s voice, and communed with God. He had a very keen awareness of God.

But After His/Her Fall Their Spirit’s Died

What really is death? According to its scientific definition, death is the cessation of communications with environment. Death of the spirit is the cessation of its communication with God. Death of the body is the cutting off of communication between spirit and body. So when we say the spirit is dead it does not imply there isno more spirit; we simply mean the spirit has lost its sensitivity towards God and thus is dead to Him. The exact situation is that the spirit is incapacitated, unable to commune with God. Adam/Eve’s spirit died because of their disobedience to God. They still had a spirit, yet it was dead to God for it had lost its spiritual instinct.

The death of Adam/Eve’s spirit gradually spread until it reached their body. Though they lived on for many years after their spirit was dead, death nevertheless worked incessantly in them until their spirit, soul, and body were all dead. Their bodies, which could have been transformed and glorified (Genesis 3:22), was instead returned to dust. Because their inward man/woman had fallen into chaos, Their outward body must die and be destroyed. Henceforth, Adam/Eve’s spirit (as well as the spirit of all their descendents) fell under the oppression of the soul until it gradually merged with the soul and the two parts became closely united.

This is not to imply that the human spirit ceases to exist, for Numbers 16:22 distinctly states that God is The God of the spirits of all flesh. Every human being still has in their possession a spirit, although it is darkened by sin and impotent to hold communion with God.

The spirit had been stripped of its original position. Man/Woman’s present condition is abnormal.

Sin has slain the spirit; spiritual death hence becomes the portion of all, for all are dead in sins and trespasses. Sin had rendered the soul independent; the soulish life is therefore but a selfish and self-willed one. Sin has finally empowered the body; sinful nature accordingly reigns through the body (Ibid., Nee, pp. 50, 54).

What Did Adam/Eve Lose After Their Fall

Although we can never hope to comprehend all that is lost, let us try:

    1. Spirit died

    2. Taken out of gan Eden

    3. Adam could not eat the fruit of the Tree of Life

    4. The Kingdom of God was withdrawn

    5. Satan usurped his kingship over earth

    6. They couldn’t commune or walk with God

    7. Lucifer and fallen angels became his enemy

    8. Adam and Eve could still bear children, but with pain in child bearing

    9. Labor would be much less productive

    10. They could be affected by disease and illness

    11. They would die

    12. They would struggle for their existence

    13. They would see jealousy and murder with their children

    14. They would experience disorder, imbalance

    15. The Law (2nd ) of Thermodynamics-deteriorate

    16. Ground would be cursed

    17. Animals cursed

    18. Man cursed

    19. Thorns and thistles

    20. Sorrow and tears

    21. Sweat on face

    22. Sin the earth

    23. Became sinners

    24. Adam and Eve were under the rulers of darkness (Lucifer)

    25. Death and deformities would begin

    26. Adam would experience turbulent times, sorrow, discomfort, injustice, full knowledge of good and evil, no instruction

    27. They would be oppressed and would not be under God’s protection

    28. There would be no economic prosperity

After The Fall, God’s Purpose Changed

From a perfect World, to chaos after the fall, caused God to change His relationship toward Adam/Eve. They both had sinned and their spirit was dead to God and had merged with their souls. So look at them now:

We should note, the spirit is dead to God, and the soul is where man/woman expresses their free will and exerts their own mastery. The Tanach notes: Micah 6:7 says, the sin of my soul; Ezekiel 18:4, 20 says, the soul that sins.

Henceforth, Adam’s spirit fell under the oppression of the soul until it gradually merged with the soul and the two parts became closely united. In yielding to the demands of its passions and lusts the soul has become a slave to the body so that the spirit finds it useless to strive for God’s place in such a one. Hence, the Bible declares, my spirit shall not always plead with man; for he indeed is flesh. The Bible refers to the flesh as the composite of the unregenerate soul and the physical life, though more often than not it points to sin which is in the body.

Once man is completely under the dominion of the flesh he has no possibility of liberating himself. Soul has replaced the spirits authority.

    So, after the Fall:

God’s Spirit (no flow) conscience, intuition, communion (no flow) man’s spirit. God cannot deal with man because he is under the flesh.

Seth Was Born In Adam/Eve’s Image

In Genesis 5:1b, Noah re-emphasizes that Adam was made in God’s likeness. Noah was connecting Genesis 1:26, 27 to the book of generations of Adam (Genesis 5:1a), and to his own.

In Genesis 5:3, we read something different than Genesis 1:26, 27 and Genesis 5:1a: "And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth."

In addition to the above list of thing Adam/Eve lost, he lost: his glorious sheen (Job 14:20); his life (Genesis 3:19); his stature (Genesis 3:8); the fruit of the ground; the fruit of the trees (Genesis 3:17); and the heavenly lights.

So we can hardly say that Seth was born like Adam/Eve in God’s image.

How Could This Change Be Cured (God’s Image to Adam’s Image)?

God declared a punishment for sin, but a punishment which would be corrective and redemptive as well as punitive. Genesis 3:15 sets up a battle between Satan and the Mashiah which will last 7,000 years: And I will put enmity between thee and woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

Pagan Apostasy [Mysteries] has squeezed every ounce of blood from this oracle. The Pagan Religion knew that the Mashiah must someday be killed in order to be the Lamb of God who willingly died, as a blood sacrifice [sin offering], to pay the ransom price God demanded. Only believe, The blood of the Lamb cleanses. God gave Adam/Eve a covering which was acceptable to him, and would be a temporary cure for their sin. We see this in Genesis 3:21, "Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them." Their judgment of works would not do-that is, Genesis 3:7b, …they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

We can infer that the sacrifice of an animal would cover descendents of Adam/Eve until the Mashiah came [Isaiah 53] and became the sin offering and redeemer for them. All, that is, are the ones who had faith in Mashiah and followed God’s Command of a blood sin offering sacrifice.

We see this in Roman’s 3:23-26:

"For all sinned, and come short of the glory of God; (24) Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Adonai Yeshua haMashiah: (25) Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in His blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past [all the way from Adam/Eve to His sin offering as the Redeemer], through the forbearance of God; (26) To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Yeshua."

Also read Hebrews 9, for conformation. Of course, we see the story about Cain and Abel making sacrifices. God would not accept Cain’s non-blood sacrifice and would accept Abel’s blood sacrifice [see what is required in Leviticus 17:11].

    Summary Of God’s Particular Purpose

After Creation, the dispensation of innocence was perfect bliss, and God wanted to commune with Adam/Eve daily.

After Adam/Eve’s Fall, the dispensation of conscience, a blood sin offering was a covering for their sin and future sins. They had received a blood-sacrifice, in order to cover their sin, and this would be the cure for their future sins. It was possible for their descendents to become righteous before God. We see many of their descendents who also became righteous. Seth became the substitute and appointed one after Abel was killed; then Enos, in Genesis 4:26 gives the oldest reference to the worship of Yahweh; then Enoch who walked with God after he begat Methuselah (Genesis 5:21-24), and in Verse 22, walked with God after he died. We must not forget Noah (Genesis 6:8), "But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord; Then Shem, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, Mashiah ben David.

Thus, we have seen the beginning of an age-long conflict between a fallen male and female, and a fallen Satan. Since both are fallen, God’s plan to create a people for Himself seemed doomed to failure. However, Adam and Eve, who were born perfect and were naked, were now sinful and ashamed of being naked. By works, they expected to become righteous before God. That is, they used fig leaves to cover their bodies. God had commanded them not to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, for the day they ate of it, they should surely die (2:17).

In chapter 3, verse 21, Adam and Eve had faith in God [after the oracle in Genesis 3:15], and God sacrificed an animal, and took the coats of skin and covered them. So here, their Faith in God allowed them to live righteously, although their bodies would perish in time. The blood from the animal sacrifice was applied to an altar [inference because of Abel’s acceptable blood sacrifice, later], was a cover (Kippur) for their sin.

Adam and Eve’s works [fig covering], were unacceptable to God, but their Faith in God, and the animal [blood] sacrifice-applied to the altar, covered their sin. Adam and Eve were the first sinners, and so, Paul the Apostles’ writing in Corinth, in 57 CE, to the Romans, speaks of Adam and Eve up to the time of Mashiah Abraham’s Promised Seed’s death, burial, resurrection, and the application of His Blood to the Heavenly Altar. Romans 3:23-27, "For all sinned [Adam and Eve] and came short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Yeshua haMashiah: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past [all the way back to Adam and Eve], through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Yeshua. Where is Boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith."

This ancient document was written in Hebrew, the language of God, as we can see, and the Word of God was not the Oral Torah, as we can see in Genesis 5:1, "This is the book of the generations of Adam." We can get help and see in Zephaniah 3:9-11, "For then will I turn [a primitive root: to turn about; return] to the people a pure language [Hebrew], that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent. From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering. In that day shalt thou not be ashamed for all thy doings, wherein thou hast transgressed against me: for then I will take away out of the midst of thee them that rejoice in thy pride, and thou shalt no more be haughty because of my holy mountain." These verses (9-11) appear to be constructed antithetically to this passage with its themes in common with Genesis 11:1-9: the pure speech (i. g., one language), the gathering of the dispersed people (even from Cush, Ethiopia), the removal of Pride, and the service in the holy mountain (Sabbath Kingdom).

So we can see that Adam and Eve spoke Hebrew, sinned, repented, and an animal, substitute sin-offering was offered to cover their sin, and it’s blood was applied to an altar. Adam and Eve had hope (Genesis 3:20, And Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all living), and had a son named Cain, and another named Abel. Cain would not continue to give an animal blood sacrifice to God, and was not accepted by God. Abel continued to give an animal blood sacrifice, and God was pleased and accepted his sacrifice, and Abel himself. Cain resented Abel and killed him, and thus became filled with the spirit of Satan. Cain’s descendants were not all filled with Satan, but one by the name of Lamach [not Noah’s father] was. Then, Eve had a substitute seed of Promise called Seth. Seth was the seed of Woman, given in the oracle in Genesis 3:15, who would have enmity with the seed of Satan. The final seed of Promise would have his heel bruised [death, burial, resurrection, and apply His Blood to the Heavenly Altar], but Satan’s head would be bruised.

Seth, the seed of Promise, to be righteous, had to offer an animal [blood] sacrifice, and had to have faith in God. Without these two things, he could not be righteous. Thus, for anyone to become righteousness before the Flood, they must offer up to God a substitute, animal [blood] sacrifice, and apply the blood to the altar in order to be righteous before God.

    Flood

The Flood was a punishment against a wicked people, and afterward, God began the dispensation of Human Government. The earth was populated at the time of Noah’s Flood with about the same population as is on the earth today. Every man and woman died except Noah, Shem, Yapheth, and Ham, and their wives. Of course all the seed of Promise had passed before the Flood except Noah and Shem, and they were on the ark. However, it is probable that all of the people on the ark had relatives that were lost in the Flood. So, in 2348 BCE, maybe 6-7 Billion people were destroyed in the Flood. Only those who were delivered in the Ark of Noah were saved. Afterward, Noah built an altar, and made a huge number of animal sacrifices to the Lord God. Surely, all the participants on the ark made a substitute, animal sacrifice [blood], and applied the blood to the altar dedicated to God, and it was acceptable to Him.

Each year, a sin-offering [substitute, animal, blood] must be offered to God, and each individual must offer it. Cain and Abel both had to, individually, make a sin-offering acceptable to God. After some period, probably 22 years, we see Noah [who had planted a vineyard] make some wine [probably about, 2325 BCE]. However, then he drinks the wine and becomes drunk and is naked. Somehow, Ham walked in and saw him and went and declared it to Shem and Yapheth, with much Hubris.

Shem and Yapheth got another blanket, and walk backwards toward Noah, and placed it on him. Noah was a very righteous man who walked by faith with God, and did all the Lord Commanded. But here at a new beginning, with a small remnant, Noah lays drunk and naked. Well, we can all identify with sin, because we all sin. However, Noah had a cure, and that was confession, and repentance, and sacrifice before the Lord. A sin-offering was given. Noah’s behavior caused Ham to sin [seeing him naked], but afterward, Ham compounded his sin by telling his brothers, Shem and Yapheth. This was probably a form of rebellion against his father and God.

And Shem and Yapheth showed their honor and respect for their father by covering his nakedness. Ham made a breach with his father’s family, so he should expect a breach, or curse on his family. Noah was 623 years old at this time; Shem, Ham, and Yapheth were 123, and Cush was 21, and Canaan was 15. Cush’s and Canaan’s age are not given in Scripture, but are based on comparable generations in Shem’s line, which are recorded.

    Noah Awakes From Drunken Stupor

"When Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him. And he said, cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren" (Genesis 9:24, 25). Why Canaan? Was this incident used by God to cause the family to spread out? Now this curse, and oracle is of no value, unless God is forming it. Unfortunately, the last phrase of verse 25, has caused hurt, anger, abuse, slavery, and murder over the last 3,675 years, and we do not wish to add to it. Let us record verses 26 and 27, and then, we can comment: And he said, blessed be the Lord God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. God shall enlarge Yapheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.

It seems predictable that Ham, and his family, will not accept God’s sovereign will for their lives, they will disobey and scatter. Adam and Eve, after they were told not to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, ran to get a bite. Cain, when told that he would be a vagabond on the earth, then builds a city [not a vagabond of the earth].

Now this present narrative about Ham’s family is similar. Shem is to be God’s
