There are 66 books in the Bible so we can be tempted to approach the Word as a compilation of many different books. We can read the same books over and over again and purposefully neglect others. However, the Bible tells one story, and when we don’t read the whole Bible, we actually miss out on parts of the story! There are many benefits to reading the whole Bible, but there are also some barriers.
