I am a Physician who early in my youth recognized the limitations of our knowledge. I witnessed events that were beyond explanation. We are not our minds and we are not our bodies but so much more. The stream of our collective awareness is ageless and timeless. On the Journey beyond the mind and body to our inner wisdom is the path to our limitless potential. A self lovingness from where health and wellness flow and love overflows onto all and everything. Where our creative energy is boundless and nothing we can concieve of is impossible. All possibilities exist.The Hearts pure loving intention supported and manifested by the Universe. This I have experienced repeatedly throught my life's journey. I share this with you as one might share their favorite dessert. A recipe from and of the heart for a life of abundance. I grew up in Danbury Connecticut. I began writing down what i refer to as self arising expressions begining at the age of eleven. This is the self awareness we are born with, on our re-entry into this life. Fully aware and ready to wake up. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to associate with a former Chief of the Wyandotte Indian Nation, as well as the Lineage Holders of The Sakya and Drukpa Tibetan Traditions,(H.H. the Sakya Trizin, and H.H.the Gyalwang Drukpa), Drupon Nawang and Shankarananda Giri,the Master of Kriya Yoga,"The Breath", and Geshe Ahbay Tulku Rinpoche . I have also had the good fortune to spend time with the Maori Healers of New Zealand. The close friendships with these precious teachers from these indigenous cultures and many others along the way have nurtured what I express as a " Ancient Timeless Collective Awareness", that can be awakened in us all. This knowledge waits patiently for us to come home to ourselves. Home to our Heart! That Spiritual Journey is the road home.. As I journey, with my Beloved Guru's, let us walk too.
