Herman Otis Laskey Jr., a native of Oklahoma City, is the owner and CEO of a loss prevention consulting company, Laskco Inc., in Edmond, Oklahoma. He is loss prevention qualified and is a certified forensic interviewer. He served in the US Marine Corps during Operation Desert Storm and also served in the Oklahoma National Guard.

Herman O. Laskey Jr, LPQ, CFI
Owner and CEO of Laskco Inc
Regional Investigator-13 years.
Major sporting goods retailer.
Herman Laskey is a man with great expertise in the field of Loss Prevention. His 17 year career has led him to successfully aide in prosecuting over 3,000 internal and external theft cases in six different states. He has worked for three major retailers and has since started his own Loss Prevention consulting company. (Laskco Inc) He received his A.A. in Criminal Justice from Rose State College in 1996 and holds various certifications such as LPQ (Loss Prevention Qualified) and CFI, (Certified Forensic Interviewer) Wicklander-Zulawski Advanced Interviewing and John Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation. He is also a licensed private investigator in the state of Oklahoma. Herman is a regular published contributor to Loss Prevention
magazine and writes various articles on Loss Prevention topics such as Phone Interviewing
and Secrets to a Successful Loss Prevention Career
. Herman served in the United States Marine Corps from 1990-1994 during Operation Desert Storm. He also served in the Oklahoma National Guard from 1994 to 2000. This military career earned Herman numerous medals and commendations.
Herman has an enormous amount of Loss Prevention experience and is dedicated to educating retailers about external and internal theft. This knowledge is spread through his articles and through his company Laskco Inc where he has developed The Stinor Method
of Loss Prevention. He is affectionately known throughout his major sporting goods company as The Hermanator
