How would your life be if nothing threatened, opposed or had power over you and your highest good? How would you feel if you knew that this moment is absolutely perfect in every way, and you are absolutely perfect in every way?

You are infinitely expanding ecstatic love, this truth within you cannot be threatened, it is your permant, constant Truth. I wish that you could know how exquisitely beautiful you are. The vastness, beauty, and magnificence of each human being is profoundly awesome beyond all description. I wish for you to love yourself with a love so complete and perfect. That you choose for yourself a path of love, a path of ease, beauty, and grace because you are worthy of nothing less. It doesnt matter what you have done in your life, you are worthy of the highest joy and fulfillment, far greater than your mind can conceive. Your will and your Creators will for you are the same; a constant state of ecstatic love, rapture, joy, and perfect peace. If you could glimpse for one moment how magnificently beautiful and holy you and your fellow humans are, you would bow down in humility and weep with tears of joy. You are infinite creative energy, beauty, love, and magnificence. You are so boundless that words cannot begin to touch the wonder of who you are. Love and honor yourself as your Creator loves you; a love that is endless, constant, and eternal. The only thing that is certain in this world is that everyone will awaken to an eternal, divine, and constant state of indescribable ecstatic love. Everyone awakens to the infinite grace of who they truly are; everyone returns home.

Preface

It always amazes me how life surprises us, how life orchestrates with such synchronicity all the events of our lives, yet we don’t always see it until much later. It amazes me how precious each moment is, how precious each relationship is, how dear and beloved our friends and enemies are to volunteer to share our life dream.

This book began in the 1970s when I was a child and spent most of my free time blissfully playing in the fairy woods of New England. The woods were my church… that is where I felt God’s loving, ecstatic Presence the strongest. I loved going out into the woods to dance in the holy light of nature. I loved to climb the trees, explore the streams, swim in the ponds, and play with the pollywogs and tree frogs. I was in ecstasy in the woods. It felt like I had too much joy to contain within me, it felt as if I was bursting at the seems with joy and deep contentment.

As a child I began having spiritual experiences I couldn’t understand, however, they didn’t frighten me because they felt so wonderful, so natural. It first began as simply ecstatic feelings, deep contentment, and joy I couldn’t contain, I couldn’t explain. Physical and energetic sensations within my body began to occur in my early teens and have continued all my life. The experiences also included what I call my freezes, and they are indescribable… at best I completely disappear into waves of unimaginable rapture. Sometimes I am motionless as I bask in the awe and sometimes the rapture spontaneously laughs and cries through me. The ecstatic waves that pulse through my body will sometimes continue for hours or days. I’ve heard many fancy names for my experiences but I prefer to simply call them my freezes. I have since met many people on many different spiritual paths that share these similar types of experiences.

I began receiving ideas, inspirations, and messages as a child while I blissfully explored my mossy, fern filled backyard, and that is how this book began. At that time I was told the name for this book was to be Secrets of NI. I have tossed around many other names for this book over the years, but finally came back to its original name. I have asked what NI stands for but have never been told, maybe someday the significance of NI will be revealed to me… and maybe not.

Those magical days of my youth transitioned and the hours I spent wandering through the woods became fewer. I went off to college and graduated with a degree in psychology, I created a family with two beautiful and amazing children, I moved many miles from my childhood home, and all my childhood journals including this book were left behind. I became a minister, yoga instructor, massage therapist, Reiki Master, rebirther, shaman, theta, and spiritual healer, author and speaker. I met many friends along my journey, yet as life often has it we are blessed to meet someone who alters our life entirely in ways we couldn’t have imagined.

My special angel was a dearly beloved soul mate who miraculously entered my life. We were a very unlikely pair, he was rich and famous and much older than me. Everything about us was unlikely, fascinating, miraculous, and controversial, yet the powerful and deeply loving soul connection we shared was undeniable.

One day during a conversation about the books he had written, I mentioned the spiritual messages I received and the book I had begun years ago. So he decided we needed to find the book, and we traveled together back to my childhood home and tracked it down. When he read the book he loved it and encouraged me to publish it, but at that time it was unfinished. Even though I didn’t publish the book at that time we became passionate about spreading the message of non-duality to the world. This led the two of us to many spiritual adventures that took us all over the world learning and teaching the spiritual philosophies of oneness. We traveled together to exotic far away and magical places including ashrams, yoga centers, spiritual healing centers, ancient ruins, and sacred spots all over the world. We met many fascinating people, found ourselves in some very interesting situations, and experienced miracles and synchronicity that would blow your mind. We had many opportunities to confront our own egos as well as enjoy profound spiritual experiences. I won’t tell you anything more because this is a story for another book.

I would like to state that I do not claim to be enlightened, I most likely have a long way to go… however we never really know. I know that I am not enlightened because I still get upset at times, I am not always in perfect peace, and sometimes I feel less than wholly loving toward another person. What I can say is that I am very vigilant about noticing when I am upset or withholding love, and that I remember to choose non-judgment very quickly. I also can tell you that those moments when I am not upset, I can experience a deep contented blissfulness and overwhelming love that is natural, easy, and profound. At times I will feel wave after wave of rapture and ecstasy that flows through my heart, body, mind, and soul that can last for months at a time.

My life has been anything but ordinary or easy, it has taken many unexpected turns, yet it has always been a very magical, miraculous, and synchronistic path. I do know that you can live beyond the limiting laws of the three dimensional world, I do know that wonder, miracles, and grace can immerse the moments of your life regardless of the external circumstances, and I fully trust that we will all someday awaken to the absolute divinity of who we truly are.

This book contains messages received by my younger self, which includes the skeleton of this book with a moderate amount of meat on the bones. Ideas, information and inspiration flowed through my adult self after years of ministerial service, channeling, life experiences, spiritual healing, and dedicated spiritual practice to complete this final copy. The messages my younger self received I have left as unaltered and lightly edited as possible, so please forgive the repetition and imperfections. My angels often told me that repetition was for the purpose of retraining the mind to a whole new way of experiencing life… a miraculous life verses a form of survival. That our minds were constantly repeating disempowering fear-based thoughts and the mass unconsciousness we swim in is constantly reinforcing duality, therefore it is fine to repeat thoughts that point to oneness and love.

My angels promise that as you read this book you will energetically receive a spiritual resonance that will help align you with your divine and greatly assist you in awakening. That although the messages are to be read deeply and thoughtfully, that within and beyond the intellectual understanding of the words is a powerful experience that will grow within you and transform you at the deepest level of your being.

Although this book is not any particular theology or religion, and not to be put into any particular spiritual box, it is necessary to acknowledge my degree in psychology, as well as the study and practice in meditation, yoga, A Course in Miracles, and spiritual healing since the 1970’s. These deeply spiritual, non-dual philosophies and practices influenced the messages in this book with spiritual power and grace. This book is not meant to replace a religion, spiritual practice, therapeutic or professional treatment that a person is using to support their mind, body, and soul.

My great friend and soul mate was able to read the final copy of this book in 2007, shortly before he passed, and years after he had originally encouraged me to publish the book. During a large group meditation and solstice celebration at his home he had me publicly promise him I would publish this book. Therefore, as a promise to him and in return for the abundance of love, joy, inspiration, and infinite gifts he blessed me with, it is my great honor and joy to dedicate this book to my beloved soul mate, guardian angel, and eternal friend. He is still very much with me, and our love and connection is ever growing and deepening as our relationship continues in a new and wonderful way. I cherish all the forms in which we love one another and grow and experience life together.

May this book bless you and awaken you to the ecstatic love and expansive divine miracle of who you truly are.

Thank you Asia for always wanting me to be happy and supporting everything I have ever done, even when it took me away from spending precious time with you. You were simply born into this world with an abundance of beauty, strength, wisdom, and integrity. I continue to be amazed as I watch you grow into the extraordinary and radiant women you are. Your compassion, giving nature, and desire to make this world a better place started when you were five years old and told me that when you grew up you were going to build every homeless person a home. To my dear son John, who inspires me constantly, is my very best friend, and wise teacher. You were born to be great and to make a positive and powerful difference in the world. To watch the seeds of greatness within you sprout and blossom is a great joy to behold. I so enjoy watching as your life unfolds magically and as the power, potential, and love awaken and grow within you. I know that you will help many people by sharing the brilliance of who you are. At This Very Moment

At this very moment, you are experiencing either your true Identity or your false ego identity, which manifest as either peace or conflict… non-dual or dual. When you operate from duality you lack peace, you are anxious, upset, controlling, or afraid, you feel less then perfect love toward all beings. When you operate from a non-dual state you are at peace, content, present, and you feel wide-open, expansive love for all beings. The fullness of your Spirit flows through you and each moment to moment creative expression of your aliveness is immersed with light, love, and ecstasy. The experience of yourself as the divine embodiment of perfect love and luminosity right now is real and is based on oneness. The experience of yourself as a separate defined personality with opinions, reactions, beliefs, flaws, and limitations is a false ego identity rooted in judgment, past conditioning, duality, fear, and based on an illusionary false belief in separation.

There are only two ways to live your life… One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle. ♥ —Albert Einstein

When you identify yourself with the thought system of duality the impact is the suffering described in the concepts of separation discussed throughout this book. Of course there are many forms of suffering not mentioned in this book, however all forms of suffering have the same one source… the judgment within our mind that we are separate and flawed. When you know the truth of who you are as pure infinite divine love, wholly perfect, innocent, and eternally one with and the same as your Divine Creator, the impact is a whole new reality of perfect love and endless joy. Don’t get attached to the words in this book, because we are guiding you into an experience beyond mind and definition into no mind, a state of pure oneness.

When your experience becomes one of deep presence of being your divine eternal Self, in that moment you are spiritually free. You literally become peace eternal, total freedom, indescribable bliss. You are in your natural state, which is your true essence, your undefined timeless being. You become the divine presence that is the core truth of who you eternally are. You become one with all that is true. You are pure God awareness and ever-expansive aliveness. You may access this state at this very moment, it is always available… it is who you are.

On the other hand, the instant judgment enters the mind and presence disappears, an illusionary dream world of conflict appears. Your life is lived through the false context of separation and duality, which isn’t life at all. Your constant agenda is to survive the constant illusionary threats of fear, guilt, and scarcity. You have forgotten who you are. The illusion of separation is neither bad nor wrong… however, the outcome of living in duality unconsciousness is always conflict and suffering.

The purpose of this book is to lead you out of the dream of separation into a sustained experience of being your divine eternal Self… dwelling eternally in the ecstatic, all loving reality of oneness… Heaven. The purpose of this book is to awaken you to the changeless, infinite, eternal, timeless, boundless enlightenment of who you truly are… the infinite spacious divine being that is your original core essence and true nature. The purpose of this book is to awaken you to an entirely new paradigm beyond time, space, form and definition… the real, permanent, infinite, ever joyous world you have never truly left. To know that within you is the holiness of God, that it is you, and to allow that divine power to fully infuse each present moment of your life. The goal is to return to the Absolute, that you wholly know and be your eternal Divine Self, knowing God and Self as one. To be immersed and one with the infinite sacred ecstasy of God’s eternal being, so that you may be in the world, yet not of it.

Once this book has done its job it will become as useless as a map to a familiar destination. Don’t get attached to the map. The map that is this book is not the goal. We will use this time-bound symbol merely to point the way out of time. We will use definition merely to lead you out of the conceptual, limited world of definition and into your timeless, unlimited, undefined, free Ecstatic Self.

To write about spiritual awakening is impossible. When the infinite, transcendent, formless, eternal state of Reality is reduced to a structure the limited mind can understand and define, it loses its pure, boundless, abstract, eternal essence. Only when we experience divinity fully through the wisdom of our ever-expanding heart, being the pure ecstatic awareness and bliss of our Divine Sacred Self can we fully experience the indescribable, incomprehensible, unfathomable, boundless, and eternal rapture that is our natural state of being. Language, which lives in duality and limitation, is used to guide us to an inexplicable and miraculous experience of no words.

In later chapters we will discuss an experience based in the thought system of non-duality and duality… who you are and who you are not… out-of-time and time-bound consciousness… love and fear. Every word in this book is for the one purpose of awakening your mind to your Infinite Divine Master Self that dwells in the Absolute Reality… Awakened Mind. Oneness is about grace… it is given freely with no limits, requirements, or qualifications. The state of oneness is not gained through methods of attainment nor through earning or doing. The state of oneness is who you are, and once you open up and awaken to the vast and magnificent holiness of who you truly are, you will realize that you and your Creator have always been one. You are the embodiment of the divine, however your true reality has no form… who you truly are is the invisible, timeless, undefined, infinite love of God.

Our eternal pure awakened wholly loving awareness is like the sky… always present. Clouds of judgment, fear, and separation may pass, but the reality of our divine true nature is always present, constant, and true. It is analogous to the physiological act of dreaming and awakening that we do each day. When we live as our human ego identity we are asleep, when we live as our true divine essence we are awake, alive, aware, and free. Once you awaken from your sleep of unconsciousness and your nightmares of separation, you naturally awaken to the reality of oneness that is always present. You need only to awaken to who you truly are and all heaven’s gifts that have always been deep within you are instantly returned to your awareness. This book is to help you transform your mind from the illusion of separation into the reality of oneness, so that you can awaken to the eternal, divine, ecstatic love and light that is who you truly are. This book uses your life as the classroom, with the awareness that every upset you experience, you have synchronistically set up for yourself as an opportunity to heal your own mind. The goal is to heal every emotional wound, every hidden belief, every judgment, limiting construct and filter, every layer of denial, fear, guilt, resentment, and hatred within your conscious, unconscious, and subconscious mind. How you awaken matters not… there are infinite ways to awaken besides this book. What matters most is that humanity awakens from the dream of separation, and once we awaken, all fear, duality, suffering, and limitation naturally disappears.

My daily prayer:

I pray that the fullness of my divine magnificence immerses my present moment awareness, that I merge with my Ascended Self, and live in alignment with my highest will and the highest good of all. That I seize every forgiveness opportunity that arises this day, so that all false belief in separation is healed and disappeared from my mind. That I live in gratitude, love, and faith, knowing that all is in divine right order and in those moments I forget, that I may quickly return my mind to Truth.

Duality/Oneness

The Illusion of Duality

Duality is simply the belief that there is another power other than oneness… that there is a power that opposes oneness or that there is anything other than oneness, goodness, and love. Separation believes separation can exist and is real. Duality believes there can be a threat to perfect oneness and that the omnipotent, all good supreme power has an opposite, or an opponent. Duality states that this opposite has power over oneness, good, and love.

This is a message from my guides entitled The Lie of Separation. "You have been lied to. Not by anyone outside you, but by a voice inside your head that lies. That voice tells you that God is apart from you, distant, judging, punitive, yet somehow loving… love never judges and love is always one. That voice tells you that there is sin, and it is in you, all around you, and someone is always to blame. It tells you that there is a power that opposes God’s will, that you live in a threatening world, but anything that opposes God has no power and is of absolutely no threat to oneness, innocence, and perfect love. There is no one out there but your own inner thoughts projected out. Stop punishing yourself for what you never did, stop blaming the world for what you feel guilty of within yourself that isn’t even true. When you see it is impossible for what God created to not be eternally perfect, that you are not really guilty, it was just a lie, a mistaken thought, then you will no longer see anyone as guilty and you can awaken from your nightmare of fear, guilt, and separation. Only the lies within your mind can hurt you, and the truth within you will set you free.

You have another voice you can listen to now, a voice that tells you the truth, that loves you unconditionally, that wants to awaken you and take you back home to where you never truly left. This real home is utterly glorious beyond all comprehension, a million times more awesome than the happiest moment imaginable within your dream. One tiny glimpse of this real world and you would know that there is nothing in your dream world you really want. Having fallen asleep in your nightmare you have forgotten who you really are. You are not the dream image of your body… you are a holy, infinite, divine awareness that fell asleep and is dreaming that fear is possible. From this moment on, be committed to listen to this other voice, this voice for truth, your loving Inner Teacher. This voice that speaks of truth is always there, you need to be vigilant and give up everything you ever believed and judged to hear it. This voice within you is God calling you home, gently awakening you from your dream, and God will not fail."

When we believe in duality or separation we believe that there is an opposing force to the One all good and all loving Creator. We fear that our return to eternal oneness and ecstasy is not possible and that we are permanently stuck in separation… hell. We believe that there are dual-based, negative, or evil forces that have power over and can threaten God, heaven, Truth, and oneness. We believe we can sin, be guilty, and be permanently punished and annihilated from God, all love, and all that is true and good. Rather than knowing that all is synchronistically unfolding in divine right order, we believe tragic, permanent chaos, accidents, and mistakes occur due to our flawed and guilty nature that can set us permanently in hell or separation.

A world of one and a world of many cannot coexist… they have nothing in common. You are always in either one world or the other… listening to the voice of truth or the voice that lies… peace or conflict… Reality or illusion. The instant you choose the world of duality, you believe that you are alone and apart from God. You believe there is an opposing force to the all good and all loving Source that created you. All of a sudden there appears to be things outside yourself that can threaten you and that you need to compete with. You believe that you are small, vulnerable, and powerless. You believe that you are no longer whole… that you are just a tiny incomplete part amongst billions of other random and chaotic parts. You believe that you are limited to the little body and limited identity that you think of as yourself, and that you believe can sin, suffer, get sick, and die… a whole world of limitation, fear, and scarcity is born. Opposites, threats, and competition become possible. Suffering, loss, and lack are all pervasive. Surviving separation becomes your way of being, and nothing within separation will save you.

Once we believe that separation is real, we perceive everything through the lens of judgment, limitation, and comparison. We can only know light if we have darkness to compare it to… we can only know good if we have bad to compare it to. Therefore, our ego identity is reinforced and rooted in defending, comparing, and competing with the projected external world we believe is threatening and separate from our self. In the world of ego mind and separation we literally cannot experience ourselves as good without making someone or something outside ourselves bad. The egos of many dogmatic religions can only survive by creating the illusion of Satan, evil, and sin as real. Our ego mind compulsively makes everything wrong including ourselves, and rigidly holds onto being right about our judgments and opinions as if our life depends on it. In separation the mind needs to create belief systems, attach to fixed mental constructs, and rigid thinking in order to feel safe. The separated mind cannot stand not knowing, the unpredictable, the impermanence, and uncertainty, therefore it grasps to concepts and fixed beliefs to feel a false sense of security. The ego would rather fight to the death than give up its positions, beliefs, and convictions. Of course the ego is fighting for its life when it defends a position, because the ego literally disappears in the space of non-judgment, equanimity, trust, and embracing uncertainty. Our judgments and the attachments to being right are what keep our ego alive and surviving. However, when the ego disappears the expansive presence and divine magnificence of who we really are appears.

The nature of the ego mind is to project its fears and judgments onto the external world… people and circumstances that upset us. Judgment and fear… fear is impossible without a judgment that there is something to fear, that something is wrong. The thought that this moment is not perfect traps us in the illusionary dream of duality. The ego uses judgment and projection to keep the mind trapped inside the dream of separation, believing it is a limited ego and forgetting it is an infinitely powerful Mind. Our Inner Divine Teacher corrects our judgments and projections in order to release us from the dream of death to eternal, ever-constant ecstatic love. The ego tells us that safety and fulfillment are outside and separate from us, in either the future or the past, but never in the present moment where it can truly be found. We forget the truth that as a mind we are always safe, and as a body only the thoughts within our own mind can hurt us. Judgment is manifested as attachment to positions, dogma, rules, limitation, labels, fixed ways of being, rigid beliefs, mental constructs, control, stubbornness, opinions, resentment, conscious, unconscious, and subconscious mental conditioning and filters, etc. There is no freedom within the confines of judgment… it is a prison the mind devised in order to feel safe in what it perceives as an unsafe world. Judgment keeps the spirit repressed and the ego alive.

The paradigm of form, from etheric to the physical is a different abstraction within the illusion than the paradigm of time. In a world of separation the illusion of time is born and lifetime after lifetime, moment after moment appears to be happening sequentially rather than simultaneously. The illusion includes the entire paradigm of time, and time obeys very different laws within the different realms within the illusion. In this physical realm, time is linear and based in a mutually agreed upon, made up model. Years are separated into months, months into days, days into hours, hours into minutes, minutes into seconds… the illusion of past and future are born. The illusion includes all time that ever existed including all our past, present, and future lives. The illusion of separation uses the trick of time to divide the one eternal now moment into past, present, and future. The trick of time is based in the false belief in separation, limitation, and loss… every moment is a loss, a death to the next moment. We lose the now moment when our mind is engaged in thoughts of the past or the future. The illusion of time makes death, separation, and limitation appear possible. Everything changes in time… your baby becomes a child, your child becomes an adult, and inevitably everyone gets old and dies. Change, death, loss, and suffering are inevitable in a world of time and separation. Within the illusion of time everything eventually dies, nothing is ever permanent or eternal.

Human ego minds that believe in separation constantly judge that something is inherently wrong with this moment, themselves, and the world around them. Their entire life is spent on a futile search, striving for peace, oneness, wholeness, and perfection within an illusionary context of fear, conflict, separation, and imperfection. They are constantly seeking to change or do something external in order to arrive somewhere in the illusion that is other than this very moment. Even doing spiritual activities like going to church, praying, or meditating when they are done in order to arrive at better, more enlightened moment, will take you away from the grace of this very moment. Enlightenment can never be found anywhere in the world of separation or time, regardless of any amount of good work or spiritual discipline. It is like searching for air to breathe while deeply submerged in water. There is nothing wrong with the water… however, if you want to breath air into your lungs, you will need to change the context of your environment and enter into a whole new world by getting out of the water. We awaken, or get out of the water by transforming our dual-based thought system into a non-dual thought system. Once our thoughts are immersed in the truth of Oneness, perfection, and love the external world reflects back perfect love.

This life and body we live right now is like living in a dream state, unaware that we are an eternal, invisible, infinite, Divine Mind dwelling in the ecstatic One Mind of God, as God. Some of the greatest scientists all over the world are proving that this world is an illusion, a holographic universe… a reflection of the mind’s inner state of awareness. The concept of projection, which is highly used in psychology and introduced to the world by Freud, states that how the external world occurs to us is due to the inner contents of our mind. If there is judgment and fear within our mind, it will be projected outward often in a disguised forms. The problem is we blame the outside forms for our upsets because we are simply not aware that the cause of what upset us is within our own mind. We gain our true freedom when we become responsible for our state of mind by no longer seeing the cause of our emotional charges as external, but rather the interpretation we chose within our own mind about the external situation. We change how we see things, for example if we feel emotionally hurt rather than saying that someone hurt our feelings, we would say that our ego interpreted what someone said as hurtful.

From moment to moment what there is to do is enjoy our peace of mind, enjoy life, relationships, and each sacred moment. When we lose our peace of mind, even if ever so slightly, regardless of the form of the upset, we recognize that the cause of the upset is a false judgment we chose to believe within our own mind… a thought of duality. Therefore, we can choose again to look at the upset we are experiencing with no judgment… we can choose to heal the fear within our own mind by being willing to see our reactions and judgments differently. We become aware that it is not the external person, circumstance, or event that upset our peace of mind, but our interpretation of the circumstances, and that it is an opportunity to heal the interpretation within our mind. We give up being right about our interpretations… we give up the dualistic reaction of blaming and faulting something external. We see truly that it is our own thoughts and interpretations within our own mind that we have projected onto the external circumstance. We become willing to give up our view for a view based in Truth, a holy interpretation. We ask the Holy Spirit, our Ascended Self, our Divine Inner Teacher to help us forgive truly by replacing our false interpretation with an interpretation that leads to Truth. One thing we can always be sure of is that if something has upset our peace of mind, then we have chosen within our own mind to believe a false interpretation… we have misperceived and we can choose again to see differently. We cannot become upset free by fixing and changing the external people and circumstances in our world. Only when we take responsibility for our upsets by recognizing that we had a button that was pushed, a wound that was triggered can we heal and disappear all the buttons and the emotional wounds within us. Then rather than reacting over and over because the same buttons are getting pushed, we become upset free.

Life becomes so simple, we are either at peace and enjoying life, or we are not at peace and we can forgive by choosing to correct and disappear the thought of separation within our mind. When your only goal becomes awakening from the illusion, there is nothing else to do that is more important than healing every thought of separation within your mind… your one and only purpose is to heal your mind through true forgiveness. Every problem regardless of it’s form, whether relationship, financial, health, political, environmental, etc., all have the same one cause… the mind’s mistaken belief in separation, judgment, fear, and guilt. Therefore clearing the mind of all judgment and belief in separation returns our mind to wholeness, awakening, perfect love, and enlightenment. Those who attain to awaken from the dream become solely committed to reversing their projections by transforming and healing their mind of all judgment and belief in separation.

When we experience anything less than total peace of mind, deep contentment, and fulfillment, or when we are excluding our total unconditional love from anyone or anything in the universe, we are in duality and some form of conflict. Those are the moments when we are in judgment, we believe we are separate, and we have forgotten that we are a perfect timeless Mind… that our essence is God’s very essence. The root source of every problem is the mistaken thought that we are not perfect, and the correction is to remember the perfection of who we truly are. Therefore this book is for you to use in those moments when you are lacking inner peace, from the mildest upset to the most intense rage… all conflict is the same to the mind… there are no levels of difficulty. Those times when we lack perfect peace are our opportunities to heal something within our inner unconscious mind that is not aligned with oneness and the truth of who we are. When our peace of mind is disturbed and we go into reaction of any sort it is a call to transform any mistaken judgment that seems to separate us from the enlightenment of who we are. Noticing without judgment when we are in a state of conflict is our access to return to peace. When we use our reactions and emotional disturbances as windows to the thoughts of separation held within our mind, we have the choice to be free of them. Once we shed all the layers of judgment, fear, limitation, guilt, and belief in separation there is nothing left to hide the perfection of heaven on earth that is always right here, right now, within the truth of our innermost sacred being. There is nothing you need to do to return to heaven and come home to the ecstasy of who you truly are… you need only allow Truth to remove what is untrue within your mind. Then you naturally and joyously awaken to the changeless, eternal, divine ecstasy of who you truly are.

We don’t need to worry about duality because it will naturally and inevitably disappear because it is not aligned with Truth. The light of truth that is immersing the consciousness of the planet will raise the vibration of all minds to a level where it will no longer be able to hold the vibration of hate, opposition, competition, exclusion, judgment, fear, and all dual-based thoughts. The dual-based organizations will transform or fall… they have no power over Truth and Oneness. At this point in time our world is like a dimly lit room. Only a small amount of light shines into this room and there are many shadows and dual-based figures, thought systems, and organizations present. The intensity of light in this room is rapidly increasing and the shadows are naturally disappearing without us doing anything. Once we allow all the light to fully immerse our awareness and the consciousness of humanity, all darkness is gone, all fear, duality, hate, and opposition has completely disappeared, none of it was ever real to begin with. Please don’t waste your time fighting the shadows of duality and dual-based organizations, focus on bringing in the light, the love, and the truth into your own consciousness.

Because Reality is the innermost truth within you, once your mind has ascended all thought of separation, you will walk within the illusion yet in a constant state of ecstatic love, joy, rapture and grace. When your body physically dies, you will not go into the etheric realms within the illusion, you will not reincarnate, because there is nothing within your mind to hold you in the thought form of separation. You will merge into Absolute Reality, Divine Oneness, Heaven… an eternal, permanent, unchanging, ecstatic rapture unfathomable to the mortal mind.

The Reality of Oneness

You give up the belief in an opposing force to the all good and all loving Creator and you know that there is only One Substance, One Energy, One Power, One Intelligence that exists and is real. Oneness is true and based in Reality, separation is not true, it is a false, mistaken belief… separation is only possible in illusions… it cannot exist in Truth or Reality. How can a lie, what is not even true have any power over Truth? Nothing within the illusion of duality no matter how dual or evil it may appear, has any power over or can threaten Truth, Reality, God, and Oneness. No dual-based religion, corrupt government, evil mother-in-law, etc., can threaten or over power Truth. Nothing can affect or threaten perfect oneness because it has no opposite… it is all that is true and real. To the contrary, everything, even that which appears horrific is a perfectly synchronistic and divinely orchestrated part of the path to oneness. When you no longer judge, resist, oppose, or feel threatened by anyone or anything regardless of its form, you heal the duality within your own mind and the external structures you interpreted as dual-based become neutral. When this reality settles into the deepest core of your being and you truly know this and feel safe within this truth with all of your mind, body, heart, and soul, all life alters forever and you are forever free. You perceive truly and all that you observe is the holy reflection of divine truth… all is in divine right order, all is perfectly unfolding as perfect love and light in each holy and sacred moment.

When you believe that anything has power over or can threaten God, Oneness, or Truth, then you are reinforcing the illusion of duality with your belief in the thought of separation being true. Anytime you perceive anything as wrong, imperfect, sinful, unloving, or threatening perfect oneness, you are reinforcing and giving power to the lie of separation. All that is untrue, fearful, and threatening disappears in the light of truth. Allow truth to be true and do not worry about or give power to that which is untrue. The Big Bang Theory states that the entire universe started as a tiny dense ball of matter that came from nothing. This ball of matter was so tiny it was a fraction of a fraction of a millimeter small. All matter in all the universe came from this one tiny microscopic spec of matter… therefore scientifically on the level of form, all matter comes from the same one source. True oneness occurs in absolute nonphysical Reality, yet even in the physical realm everything points to oneness.

Reality has no form, no definition, and no belief system whatsoever. Reality is in a realm completely outside the separation-based paradigm of duality, language, limitation, definition, concepts, beliefs, understanding, and comprehension. We cannot perceive Reality or absolute oneness because it is in a realm outside of the illusion of perception. Perception even in the illusion is limited… there is no way we can perceive all information. There are trillions of bits of information that our brain is not capable of perceiving in any one moment… dogs perceive more sounds than our human ears can perceive, we perceive only a fraction of the electromagnetic spectrum… the sense organs of our bodies are equipped to only perceive a fraction of the sensory information that is available. Science has discovered that of the trillions of bits of information that our brains are capable of perceiving, we select only a tiny fraction of information to be aware of in each moment. What a human mind perceives in any moment is only on a tiny fraction of the information that is available at that moment… therefore we can never claim to truly know Truth. We have one tiny piece of a trillion piece puzzle.

Perception, interpretation, description, language, concepts, and beliefs are limited and never based in truth… Reality and ultimate Truth have no limits. Reality doesn’t fluctuate or change, it exists in a realm of changeless eternal permanence. Reality, Truth, and God eternally exist in a timeless, permanent, changeless state. Nothing in this perceptual illusionary dimension of form, time, and space has the qualities of Reality, therefore Reality doesn’t exist within the illusionary dream of separation, form, sickness, and death, and the illusion doesn’t exist within the formless, spaceless, timeless, infinite, and permanent state of Reality. This dream you are dreaming of form, time, and space does not exist in the state of Reality. You as a separate identity do not exist in Reality. Reality cannot be understood, described, comprehended, defined or even believed in within the illusionary dimension of form we call the physical universe. Reality is a state of being beyond the illusion, and we connect to what is real within us as an indescribable state of being, when we join with the part of us that is invisible, permanent, eternal, infinite, formless, changeless, and divine. Our physical body and brain, being impermanent, ever-changing, and temporary are not who we truly are. The reality of who we are does not exist within this illusionary dream other than a distant memory of Truth and perfect love that dwells within the innermost sanctuary of our heart.

There is absolutely no pain or suffering possible in Reality, only infinite and permanent ecstasy, rapture, love, and peace that is unfathomable, indescribable, and eternally present. When you become your ecstatic Self your heart explodes and overflows with gratitude and love that brings a blissful joy that cannot be comprehended by the mind. There is no opposite to love and perfect ecstasy in Reality. There is no power that opposes or can threaten God, Reality, and Perfect Love. The thought of separation is not true, that which is not true cannot threaten Truth… that which is not true has no power. In Reality you are deeply connected to and one with your Creator and all that is, and there is nothing outside your Self. Reality can only be experienced now, in this very moment. In Reality there is no death, only love and eternal life. When you are in Reality you experience deep, profound, and unshakable peace of mind… you know who you are and you know God as your Self. You dwell in a timeless, invisible, formless dimension as a fully awakened, all loving Presence… you are infinite, powerful, loved beyond measure, belief, and description. In Reality there is nothing to fear, there are no enemies, no opposition, no form, no definition, no change, no time, or space… only the infinite, ecstatic dance amongst the ever-expanding glory and perfection of the One Divine Mind.

Reality is formless and eternal and nothing can alter what is true. We can believe the earth is flat, but that will not change the truth that it is a sphere. We can believe we are separate and sinful but that will not change the truth that we are wholly innocent, one in God as God. We can dream we exist in a world of suffering and separation, however our dream cannot affect the truth that we exist eternally in our true home in heaven. Nothing that happens on the level of illusion can affect reality one iota. Nothing can alter Reality, nothing can affect what is eternally True… the truth will set you free.

Reality cannot be experienced with a brain and a body. Reality and Truth cannot be put into words, it cannot be limited to description, definition, and concepts, and cannot ever be known in the realm of the perceptual world of form. Reality or Truth has nothing to do with and cannot be experienced on the level of time, space, or form… it is the unchanging, permanent, formless, infinite, eternal, perfect love of Divine Awareness that is who you truly are. It is beyond all concepts, beliefs, morality, judgment, perception, description, understanding, or even knowledge… all these are ever changing forms based in the temporary, perceptual illusionary realm of duality. All that is real must exist forever changeless and permanent. Nothing in time, space, or form exists forever changeless and permanent, therefore nothing in time, space, or form is truly real. The peace and love of God is eternal, changeless, and permanent therefore real and who you truly are.

We can however have glimpses within our heart of an ecstatic experience that is our true constant Reality. Our mind can open to a pristine, vast, and expansive awareness that enraptures our present moment experience. Our hearts can glimpse the eternal bliss of Reality when it flows and overflows with wave after wave of profound ecstatic love. When we embrace this moment exactly as it is, only love is present. The invisible innermost core of our being can experience an eternal love the brain cannot conceive of. A love that has no form, that is changeless, infinite, unlimited, and permanent. When we view the present moment with an empty, open mind and pure heart free from all resentment, interpretations, judgments, opinions, positions, beliefs, and the past, we can experience a glimpse of the formless, omnipresent, divine Truth of what we really are as one all loving Mind in God, as God.

When our minds ascend all thoughts of separation we dwell within the illusion yet with an Ascended Mind. We live in the physical yet not of it, we are constant unshakable peace… we extend boundless, wide-open love to all, excluding no one or nothing. We trust that life is unfolding perfectly and for the highest good of all, regardless of the circumstances. We cannot be offended, hurt, or insulted because we no longer choose to interpret others actions as personal, and we choose to see only love or a call for love. When we are in oneness we naturally manifest whatever we need in the exact moment we need it… we acknowledge that Divine Source is always within our very being. We know that we are one with the truth in everything, everywhere. We celebrate the unique facets of the One Infinite Divine Essence that expresses individually through each sacred and unique being in form. We know, however that the truth within everything is not their individual form, but the same One Love of God. We see the light of the divine within all beings. When we have healed all thought of separation from our mind we naturally awaken to the infinite radiant light that we are… every moment is experienced through the divine light of our Awakened Mind. In every moment we cannot contain the boundless ecstatic love, gratitude, rapture, and joy that bubbles up infinitely from within. We become the enlightened whirling dervish bursting and overflowing with love, exploding with rapture, experiencing the sweet divine nectar of life in every flower, every face, and every heart. We are enlightenment because we know the truth of who we are, that we are one in God, and that we are one with all that is. On the outside we look the same as everyone else, however on the inside we glow with the infinite power, love, ecstasy, and grace of the eternal Divine Source.

Oneness is simply Truth, and what is not true cannot affect Truth… Truth is simply true. We can imagine in dreams and illusions that something exists other than Truth… but our fantasies can never affect Reality one iota. We are all one… there is only one perfect loving Presence. In Truth nothing can threaten the reality of who we are. Nothing can be separate from and nothing can be opposite to the One Presence that is all that is. A wave on the ocean can believe it is separate from the ocean, however, regardless of what the wave believes, or how strongly it believes it is separate, it’s thoughts cannot alter the truth that it is one with the ocean… that it is the ocean.

Absolute true oneness is only experienced in our natural, divine, invisible, formless, eternal state, which is not of time, space, definition, or ever-changing form. Within the illusion of separation we can only point to the eternal, all loving, infinite changeless, spaceless, permanent state that is the truth within us all. Even though absolute oneness cannot be fully experienced nor comprehended in the false illusionary dream world, we can completely heal all the judgment, fear, and dual-based thoughts within our mind, and then naturally our mind will see truly… everything within the
