Various people in spirit, my angels and guides have channeled all the poems and messages in this book to me. They planted the seed in 2004 to follow this path when they gave me my first poem “Spiritual Eulogy”. This was written to help people through their grief. People will be able to relate to most of the poems in this book and hopefully find inspiration from them. Included is a short story about the changes of my way of thinking, and how you mustn’t be scared of the unknown.

Kate is originally from NZ and now lives in Western Australia. Kate is a Author and Writer, Reiki Practitioner, Spirit Communicator. I would like to thank all My Guides, Spirit Family, Friends, and Angels who have helped me produce this book. Through the channelling of the poems and messages I am able to act on their behalf and give to their messages to the people of the world

I would also like to thank my family and friends on this earth plane for believing in me.

Who I am

My spiritual journey began many years ago in the early 1970’s with a lady who was a guiding light in my transition to understanding the ways of the spirit world. She has been in my life since I was a little child. But from the age of 17 when I moved to the city she lived in, she became my closest confidant in all matters and still is to this day. I call her Aunty because of the close relationship between my parents, her and her husband. Even though she is in her mid eighties and very ill she will always remain a guiding light. To this day she is still very psychic but she now asks me the questions I used to ask her. I think she has been with me in lots of lifetimes, and was in this life with me to make sure I continued on the same path, and to remind me of things we had learnt in lifetimes before.

A few years after my close association started with my aunty, I started going to see mediums and clairvoyants. As a lot of us are aware it’s always inside us and we just have to develop what we know is deep in our soul. I wanted to learn it all. One lady I saw predicted that I would move countries and at that time I said I doubt that very much as I didn’t like the thought of moving from my birth country. Never giving it another thought, we moved to Australia 10 years later. I have now been here 23 years and been an Australian citizen for 10 years. I still love my birth country but I feel a really strong resonance with Australia.

I have spent a couple of past lives in this country and now understand why I was drawn to it, as well as knowing why I was in denial of coming here in the early years. I know what those lives were, and how they ended. One life was in a particular suburb in Brisbane where I love to go and visit. How I found this suburb I will explain further in this story.

My spiritual and inspirational poetry writing came into being one day six years ago when I walked into a card shop and I was looking for a sympathy card and couldn’t find anything that I liked. I am not saying the cards were not good; there was just nothing that suited what I needed. As I was leaving the shop this voice in my head said "Why
