    About the Author

    PROLOGUE

This book is not finished. I could write and write and write. The human expression has as many varieties as there are humans. All these varieties have their own unique expressions I could write endlessly about. For now, focus on the self, your self. You are your greatest teacher and compass. Do not get overly distracted by all the noise in the collective. There are so many manifestations happening such as aliens, universal motion, mind readers, spirit feelers, coaches for life, teachers of faith, and on and on. Use this information to go within yourself not beyond. Go into your pain, your low vibrational expressions and ask why. This is the path to healing your false self which will reveal your truth within which is Divine Love Divine Consciousness. This requires a safe space, willingness and possibly direction. From this space you are made whole, one with yourself. Source, manifestation, aliens, mind readers, 5th dimension forecasts, organized religion and all the other stuff will fade in comparison to this expression, this unified love. All the other stuff will either fall away or just fall into place. Your expressions will transform into moments of awareness within love. Your most ordinary expressions such as your reflection in a mirror, a walk in your neighborhood, morning coffee, playing with your child, a chat with your partner and on and on will be transformed. Yes, you may meet an alien, elevate to the 5th dimension, open your third eye and all the other stuff yet this awareness, this unity with love within is the greatest expression you will feel. Here, instead of writing in your gratitude journal you become the gratitude. You become the love. You become the peace. You become the knowing. You become truth. You become home. Your become Divine Self.

It’s all quite simple and logical. You are very ordinary within extraordinary. This is how we can truly see and feel beauty right where we are in this most precious sacred present moment. That is all there is and it is Divine. You are Divine.

    PREFACE

It seems in my experience the word mystic calls forth the low vibrational ego in others. Thoughts of disproving a mystic stands before them front and center. They require proof in the display of expressions such as prophecy, mind reading, acts of holiness, talking to the dead, short cuts to elevation and whatever the buzz spiritual process is for the day. They expect a person to be full of light and without any darkness. A person who is always centered, loving and Christ like. If this is your expectation in reading this book you will be disappointed. I can’t offer you these expressions or a fully realized being who is never without darkness. My life has been quite ordinary. What I do offer is space and guidance to the logical truth of yourself. Most often the path to this truth being rigorous requiring patience, surrender, pain and trust. This truth is often rested upon you releasing, a letting go of your low vibrational ego and pain body, your past. I do not perform and I am not a perfectly elevated person without darkness. I am a teacher who has been kissed by a god. I offer you the lessons and understanding I have been given through my most ordinary life in a most extraordinary way.

    Mystic

A person who seeks by contemplation and self surrender to obtain unity with or absorption into the Deity or the absolute, or who believes in the spiritual apprehension of truths that are beyond the intellect. the poetry of the 16th-century Spanish mystic, St. John of the Cross

    CHAPTER 1

    STAGE 1

    CATALYST

I was born into a world full of chaos and disconnect, at least that is my recollection of it all. I don’t remember much from my wee early days. I have a memory of being rocked. Another of sitting with my doll on a blanket in the living room where I was spanking and reprimanding her for something. I used to climb on the back of the comfy chair in a well lit living room where my dad would sit reading the paper as I pretended to cut his hair with the green shingle part of the Lincoln Log set. I always loved playing with his full thick wavy hair. I cut the hair of every doll and barbie I was given. There’s something so creative about playing with hair. My girlie side present in a very young age even contending with three brothers. Our mode of transportation was a red VW bus with white trim. I would take full advantage of the open space in this van standing next to my driving mom and place my head on her shoulder sucking my thumb. She didn’t care for that much. Safety was not the issue in a 60’s culture where seatbelts and car seats were not the norm. It just irritated her, the touch, my touch. I learned early how to be seen. I had to be loud, rough and good at sports. A tom boy in the making. My home never felt like a home, my home. It was dirty and cluttered. My parents weren’t much on cleaning or organization. An odd characteristic from two very gifted well respected, hard working musicians. Hard working was a characteristic we kids of the 70’s learned from our parents. I can remember my dad’s back giving him so much pain my mom would have to lay in the bed and push him out with her feet for his teaching work day. We worked hard and didn’t question our superiors. Asking ourselves if we were happy and fulfilled as not part of our internal conversation. Showing up and putting the work in was the expectation during those times. The price was high for that pay check.

I slept on a bed that was unkempt and dirty most days with a spring poking out. I remember my mom getting angry at me for not telling her my spring was poking out. It was a challenge every night to tuck myself in positioning my little body just so I wouldn’t poke myself with that pesky spring inevitably being woken by the pain and readjusting my body for comfort and slumber. It seemed to me her not noticing the spring for a very long time was far worse than me not telling her. Things were unkept in my childhood home including me. I had long hair my mom would brush so aggressively it hurt.
