About this ebook

To revise the collective fate of mankind, we must correct our global vision. Evolving Toward Eden: The Divine Promise Restored offers a blueprint for visionary change that spurs ecological renewal, while inviting like-minded persons to cohabit on pods where the sum of intellects produces untold marvels and unexpected miracles. Telekinetic monitors tap the under-rated reservoir of imagination in the young; as education ceases to follow the script of rote learning while cloning perception. Money and the fiscal hierarchy it engenders are replaced with a system of economics based on time. It's tender is rendered in hours of service! Political elections make use of an ingenious device said to hail from Ancient Egypt's Initiation schools. It discerns which candidates have mastered spiritual responsibility before they are granted office(s). This evocative depiction of an enlightened society rests upon the embrace of an evolutionary plan intended for mankind. Its ideal inspires each person's lifework. A transcendentally guided work, Evolving Toward Eden: The Divine Promise Restored suggests a world worth living for, a second Renaissance. Employing a timely 2020 A.D vision correction restores passion, purpose, and possibility to the human experience. Mankind at last transcends the atavistic impulses that have undermined our shared Eden, as paradise is reborn!

Sioux Rose's horoscopes and astrological columns have been published for nearly three decades. She's spent time studying shamanism in the U.S. Southwest as well as in Peru. Ms. Rose learned much about the power of Mantra in Singapore, and experienced the essence of group meditation both at Sai Baba's Ashram in India, and at a Buddhist monastery in Nepal. Sioux has practiced Yoga for years, and has had the privilege of aligning powerful postures with powerful places like the jungles of Puerto Rico and the cliffs of Maui. During sacred moments, Sioux is able to tap into powerful messages. At this juncture of expedited Earth Changes (as prophesied by a diverse array of sources), Ms. Rose has penned a work that synthesizes what she has dedicated her lifetime to learning. Dolphinity weaves the teachings of The Masters into an engaging story line that's intended to guide us through the current Transition.

Honoring the endless continuum of life this book is first dedicated to those who came before me and illumined my path with their understanding. Notable among the illuminati are: Edgar Cayce, Rudolph Steiner, P.D. Ouspensky, Emmet Fox, Charles Fillmore, Yogananda, Carlos Casteneda, William Shakespeare, Carl Jung, Adrian Carelli, Jane Roberts, Dr. Seuss, Lewis Caroll, Charles Dickens, Kahlil Gibran, Merlin; and more recently: Lewis Lapham, Ralph Nader, Jane Roberts, Dick Sutphen, Robert Hand, Jim Lewis, Richard Bach, Dr. Andrew Weil, Louise Hay, Rod Serling, and all those active in New Age and Sacred Ecology Movements.

Secondly, this book is dedicated to the children of tomorrow.

And thirdly to the following individuals who have been part of a core circle that supported my body, mind, heart, and/or spirit across the rugged terrain of my journey here in Earth School 101: My parents, Bernice & Abe Rosenberg, my sisters: Nanci Lynn Porter, Judi Rose Rosenberg, and Shari Eve Rosenberg. My daughters, Gabrielle Alyssia Fernandez and Rachel Nichole Fernandez. And all these wonderful friends: Lynne Sallot, Leslie & Alan Maltz, Millie Rivera, Molly Jubitz, Dennis Littleton, Roberta Surina, Robin Matthews, Candice Nelms, Cynthia Civil, Mirtha Castro, Estella Valles Acosta, Dra.Aida Guzman, Dr. Luis Polo, Mili Arango, Roberto Millian, Mary Prados, Nora & Manny Casiano, Ron Lane, Ron Weaver, Lori Webster, James McCaffrey, Frank Aversano, Vincent Procida, Christine Naughton, Robin Margolies, Fred McCreedy, James Caruso, Kevin Trudeau, Ted Iseli, Anna Molina, Judit Child, Diane Covan, Lynn Knight, Valerie Ridenour, Sandi Antonelli, Darlene Nash, Denei Horan, Alexandria, Sandra Schindler, Jorge Vega, Mario Carabarin, Bill Reed, Jazznabs Sloms, and Pickette Price for editorial assistance.

Fourthly, to the spirit of all Grandmothers who regardless of the pain they endured in the face of overt folly maintained the indomitable strength to keep the chain of life inviolate. And to the Sybils among them and us.

    Hail the Sunshine in!

    Prelude

It is After the Transition in 2020 A.D.

You have been invited to witness the daily lives of citizens embracing innovative visions in the year 2020 A.D. Citizens of pods, the people you are about to meet have committed themselves to life’s most passionate and idealistic purposes in pursuit of a better world for all.

In contrast with traditional novels, this book does not sketch the evolutionary development of a central character. Instead, it examines the lives of varied individuals so that you may eavesdrop on conversations taking place in an idealized future. Peer into mankind’s preferred destiny. It exists in blueprint form awaiting humanity’s reach. Our generation exists on a critical cusp. We can act to advance mankind’s spiritual evolution. A counterbalance to deadly technological trends is mandatory lest we witness the wounding of our fondest dreams. When enough enlightened individuals come together to tap their ideals, breakthroughs such as those described in this book will become the norm, rather than exception. Evolving Toward Eden offers readers a 2020 vision correction—which can lead to a different kind of planet, collective reality, and world citizenry.

Numerologists and mystics attribute a sacred power to numbers. What might the significance of 2020 be? Its twin double digits suggest a balance between both eyes as well as an accord between both brain hemispheres. The digit two implies synergy. It is the number of partnership; and invokes the law of grace signified by two or more gathered together in the name of Creator. Such fusion we are told is the stuff that makes miracles happen. Further, 2020 presages the marriage of minds whereby the intuitive right brain sphere is drawn into equal, harmonic resonance with the left-brain sector devoted to logic and empiricism. An unprecedented recipe for progress set against mankind’s unfortunate and historically paralyzing traditions, the futuristic view offered by Evolving Toward Eden does not champion greater weapon systems or Dr. Strangelove scientific travesties. Instead it celebrates human innovation, and defines treasure as the willful cultivation of the untapped reservoirs of mankind’s collective imagination. Should potentials such as these be embraced a new world would indeed be possible. Evolving Toward Eden offers hope at this time of massive soul searching and global uncertainty. May its possibilities inspire each reader’s innate and timeless wisdom.

    Cosmically yours,

    Sioux Rose

    CHAPTER 1

    THE DATE

"So you work in the Cyborg Pleasure Center..Selena asked in an overtly flirtatious style.

Ryan told you, no doubt, Mark said as if revealing a secret to a priest.

Does that mean you happen to have a bizarre love life? She continued to pry.

Not at all. I’m just a regular twenty-first century guy. He responded.

Maybe I’ll come to understand that. She stated boldly.

Maybe you will. Don’t you think everyone wants the same basic things? A mate for mutuation, the chance to indulge in recreational interludes at other pods, perhaps raise a child. He sure cut to the chase fast bypassing all b.s.

That’s pretty close to what I want. She admitted.

Probably why Ryan suggested we meet. He pauses. So what do you actually know about the Cyborg Pleasure Center?

If you’re asking if I’ve visited one, the answer is a resounding yes! It’s no substitute for a soul union, but it’s a delicious, disease-free diversion, don’t you think?

In my case, it loses some of its allure. A job’s a job.

Oh, c’mon. I’ve seen the Tania-22 model; she must melt you to pieces.

"OK. So who were you with?"

I admit it. I have an eternal crush on Craig-77.

He’s a terrific cyborg. I can relate to your preference. He seemed empa-thetic.

    How far?

How far what? He responded defensively.

How far can you relate? She continued to toy with him.

    I don’t understand your question?

I’m curious to know if your cyborg pleasure fests have included the services of both male and female cyborgs.

Isn’t that a rather personal question for a first date?

"I didn’t mean to make you feel uncomfortable. You know, if I wanted to I could read right through you by just turning up my Alpha waves.

I’m not trying to obscure the truth, I’d just prefer a different focus. Initially. OK? Let’s talk about you. I’ve heard there have been amazing breakthroughs at your pod.

Oh, the marine ecology work is going wonderfully. Never thought you’d ask.

I heard that you took a 103 year old Hopi Shaman aboard to help with the interpretive work. That he intuitively linked with the whales immediately.

Red Seal is terrific. He’s been a major force in the operation. With his help we were able to gain important coordinates from those astute water mammals. Without that, it would have taken years to make our calculations. Not to mention the manpower. Our scan teams were able to locate tons of toxins in the ocean’s hidden recesses. The mammals helped us dredge up all kinds of wastes ignorantly tossed into the oceans before the Transition.

Hard to believe people were ever that stupid.

    Unkind. And ultra-greedy.

I suppose it is unkind to regard life as so expendable, especially when the life form isn’t immediate kin to your own.

That’s what’s so great about Red Seal. His people always recognized their kinship with other life forms, especially sea mammals. The Indigenous maintained the links through their mysticism, totems, and rituals. To watch him you’d never doubt there was an innate telepathic resonance going on. They share an ancient language that connected them before their evolutionary paths divided, and the mammals headed to the great seas.

We’re lucky we didn’t lose more species than we did. He added sensitively.

At our Marine Biology Pod there’s a lot of work going on with preserving old species and nurturing new populations, as well. Most of it is working out well.

What drew you to your pod?

I always had an irresistible pull to the sea. Before the Transition, I lived on an island. My brother and I were fearless together, always devising crazy adventures. Anyway, he and I learned to snorkel before we could talk! After that it was diving. We saw the sea populations dwindling. Scientists wasted precious time arguing among themselves. Some thought the losses were due to the warming of the earth’s atmosphere and the result a diminishing of the ozone layer. Others argued that it was the dumping of wastes at sea. Some blamed the high-speed boats and aggressive fishing techniques, drift nets and so forth. I knew all of those things contributed. I wanted to make a difference, and help the sea species to survive. I believed—and still do—that the sea truly is its own kingdom. Who gave mankind the right to use technology and mandate all rules to the game of life? So many living beings have suffered. Anyway, that’s a story in itself, isn’t it?

You’re a woman of passion. He concluded aloud.

And ideals. So as it turned out, circumstances fell together in my life…as I suppose they do for everyone; and I was able to do my preparatory work in a sea lab. That led to my membership on the pod. I’ve been happy with my new family there. It’s not that we agree on every policy; but there’s clear empathy operating, and it’s felt by all who have chosen this pod for their life work.

I heard you had to live under water a long time before you could be admitted there.

That’s true. It was quite an experience.

I can’t imagine what living under the sea—especially in the dark of night—would be like.

Well, at first it’s very disorienting. But pretty soon you blend into a world imbued by a peace that’s absolutely stunning. Just astounding. That world is still held together by the handiwork of Divine Intelligence. It’s amazing. Even the chemical annihilations failed to unravel the sacred threads that interconnect every facet of the intricate sea environs, creating magnificent networks of life forms which know this mysterious place as their home.

You speak like a poet. Well said.

I imagine anyone who has been touched intimately by another world ultimately becomes a poet.

That’s quite a thought. Makes me hungry. Maybe we should order.

    I could go for a vita-shake.

Well, let’s see. They have licorice root, strawberry leaf, sesame..

I think I’ll try the licorice root.

He pressed a set of buttons where the table met the wall, and two shakes were quickly drawn forward on a moving plate engineered through a slot in the wall.

You were saying? she asks, taking in a delicious sip of the beverage.

Do you remember the story of Pandora and her box?

    Yes. I recall that myth.

Seems to sum up the conclusion of the 20th century, don’t you think?

You mean people opened a box that never should have been opened?

Well, from a symbolic standpoint, the industrial breakthroughs happened too quickly. The great majority of people were still in a near infantile stage of consciousness. Suddenly they have all these tools and weapons at their disposal.

Explains why the Transition was inevitable. Nature tends to win in these matters.

Maybe in the long run. Future historians will have to judge. But it did spring a new generation into being…people like us. He offered his glass for a toast.

A whole new breed. She offers her glass in response. To this new and refreshing blossoming of human awareness.

In that moment of empathy, they found themselves briefly staring at one another quite profoundly. The momentum of closeness gathered them together in an unconscious undertow.

So what do you do to pass all that time under water?

We plant. We collect debris. We learn to telepath with fish and other sea forms. We remove nuclear warheads. We calibrate the magnetic disks so they can attract metal-based toxic chemicals. Believe me, there’s not much free time!

And now you’re about to ask me what my job entails at the Cyborg Pleasure Center?

"So I’m not the only one who can read Alpha waves.

"Looks like you tricked my mind back to that topic again. Pretty slick.

Since you brought up the subject…I’ll wait for an answer.

It’s not as glamorous as you probably think. The cyborgs need regular maintenance. Not everyone is a gentleman—or lady. Sometimes I have to replace a toe or finger. I also re-wardrobe their stock fairly often. Then there’s the haircuts and nail filings, as well as rudimentary bathing. The grounds need to be kept up, too. Remember we have a virtual global village in there! The rugs in the Arabian temple room are a bitch to keep clean! Then there’s the china and silver, which we like to keep shiny in the charming French Quarter. Who would have thought the oldest profession would so gracefully creep into the new millennium, crossing racial, gender, and ethnic barriers to revive itself like a perpetual Hollywood movie with everyday people playing out fantasies in starring roles!

"Fantasy is great, don’t knock it. I was delighted when the cyborgs came to replace humans. Frankly, I thought it was dehumanizing for one person to be

paid to service another. Call me old-fashioned, but I think mutuation has its sacred elements and plays a critical role in society. It’s a real advance against prostitution."

I agree. That’s why I wasn’t sure how you’d react to my work.

The Center is, well, enlightening. A great love brought me there for an ‘initiation.’ He was fifteen years my senior…that was more than a decade ago.

    "Pretty liberated guy.

He understood that pleasure, as well as fantasy, has a place in the human experience. The extreme merchandising of sexuality that characterized the late stages of the 20th century gave rise to horrible diseases. Quite the deterrent. Remember?

Sure. I lost some friends. It was a very painful way to leave the physical body. Too many crossed over that way. Thank God for Pods of Transition.

The sexual urge will always remain an important component of the human experience.

    You sound regretful.

Not at all. Should I have qualified my statement with a hardy ‘Amen?’!

You’re doing just fine. You know cyborgs were a natural evolution of robotics. Especially when so many people were mutilating their bodies with plastic components; that is when they weren’t modifying them through plastic surgery. That love of plastic had to lead to something erotically significant!

At first I thought it would produce a serious threat to human integrity and authenticity.

Guys began to wonder what parts of women were real.

Well, we wondered who used steroids. Not to mention eating all that red meat!

"That was pretty much all we knew at the time. What did anyone know about energy medicine, the chakras, and the mind-body links? Our own ancestors ate human flesh and believed they could take on the power of their victims that way. We humans are caught on an ongoing evolutionary track…still slowly evolving.

    She looked around.

"I used to come here as a kid. It still reminds me of a cartoon I watched as a child. The Jetsons. Did you see that one?

Can’t say I did. But I love the vita-shakes here.

    What were we talking about?

Flesh-eating, body plastics, vita-shakes…cyborgs. And did anyone ever tell you that your eyes are really beautiful?

Flirt! You’re just changing the subject.

Oh, so you want to hear about the technological underpinnings of the cyborgs instead, is that it?

    The subject is fascinating.

Well, did you know it was a woman who introduced the first cyborg playmate? She designed both the male and female original models!

I read about that. She must have understood that women crave beautiful men as much as men have been historically known to crave beautiful women.

I’ve always maintained that it’s a great concept. The best alternative to marital infidelity.

A pretty good way to add spice without hurting your partner’s feelings…and best of all, it creates jobs! Both laughed.

Kind of threw the old churches a curve, too. They never had any liturgy about cyborgs. Didn’t know whether to categorize the whole thing as a blessing or sin… But it sure saved lives.

Probably marriages, too, if the truth be known. I mean it’s a great way to play out a fantasy with impunity. Unless somebody falls in love. Do clients ever, I mean can anyone actually fall in love with a cyborg?

"Sure. There’s always a few. You know the stereotype—no love at home, out of touch with their work, looking for a way out of their pod.

    Beyond lonely.

    Some are born that way.

I suppose so. But I like symmetrical systems. Pleasure waiting for both sexes without any abuse of power. Sexual experimentation for a sensually fulfilling outcome. Quite acceptable.

I’m glad you approve. He jokes.

Do you? Familiarity breeds a sudden boldness.

Did you ever notice how the periodic use of repressive sexual taboos by various religious systems directly coincided with cycles of social violence? He tried to impress her with his rendition of history.

I didn’t know that you were a historian on the subject. Seems like it took humanity a long time to realize that sexual pleasure was a veritable ‘gift from the gods’.

You’re amazing. The woman definitely tapped his interest.

Well, you’re easy to be with, too, she admitted.

So looks like I passed the test of date # 1; so can I safely presume there will be a number two?

Would you consider a karmic hypnotherapy trance with me?

Why not? If we get along this well now, we’ve probably been together before. I have no problem with cosmic archaeology quests. Anyway, I’d venture to make a guess. About us.

    Past, present or future?

Past. We may have been kin on an island off the coast of South America.

It’s this bracelet, isn’t it? A gift from a friend. It’s from Chile. She held her arm across the table so he could examine it.

I wasn’t looking at the bracelet. I was looking deep into your eyes.

Well, we can test your hypothesis via that hypnotherapy session.

Yeah. Unless you want to visit the Cyborg Pleasure Center? He teased.

No. That’ll be fine. Why mix business with pleasure?

And those big Solstice Ceremonies are coming up in a few weeks. Ryan will be there, you know. I’ll bet he’ll bring his son, Aaron. Great kid.

Big boy now. He attends the collective school where a friend teaches. The kids are pioneering amazing agricultural programs. It’s important that they learn to bond with the land. All those desensitized kids, and the way they were conditioned before the Transition, ya’ know what I mean?

Sure. Thinking food grew IN the supermarket. Pre-packaged and all.

Instant everything. Took its toll on relationships.

    Ours will be different.

    An optimist. I like that.

    And I like you.

Who could hope for a better start? Just then he noticed her drink was empty.

Would you like to order another?

I really need to get going.

Then I’ll walk you to your mobler.

    Thanks.

As familiar sign of fair well, each extended a light touch to the other’s heart chakra. A moment of silence was shared that way. Both consciously sent the other good thoughts, and a permanent telepathic link was thereby created. As a result, any time Selena would think of Mark, the thought itself would issue both from her mind and within his simultaneously.

As she began to intone her personal sound into the mobler’s resonance field, Mark called after her.

Hey…if we ever decide to mutuate, whose pod would we actually live at?

She let a wide-angle grin answer the rhetorical question. Then activated the magnetic chord so the mobler could ascend on the note of her tone. These light vehicles were an absolute pleasure. She still marveled at the way they operated on the principle of direct vibration. The sound generated was transformed into pure energy just as music reverberates on specific notes.

The last thing Selena saw was Mark’s extended hand waving as she took off on the fuel of her own vibratory wave.

    CHAPTER 2

    THE ELECTION

Because of its cavernous quality, each voice echoed dramatically from within the Vitalization Temple where the elections were to take place. The hour of decision approached. It was chosen to align with key planetary aspects. The vast as above, so below equation had to accord with its mundane ‘changing of the guard’ counterpart.

We will reconvene at the hour of eleven in the Vitalization Temple. The words echoed majestically without revealing any mortal author. They induced a strong effect upon Michael. He believed, indeed hoped his hour had come. The new elections continued to shift the balance on earth. Now that it was exceedingly evident to the vast majority that law best derived from a mass chord of consensus, the intended resonance was carefully coordinated. Candidates were selected who could demonstrate that theirs was an intrinsic harmony with this guiding force. He hoped to be chosen. He knew his own intent would have to
