About this ebook

Does ‘love’ really need any official recognition when it is true from all trajectories of faith? Never! Emotional attachment is more than enough to keep two souls together. But no matter how much you are in love with your partner, most of the people you know (including your relatives and friends) would ask you to get your relation better word ‘love’ approved by a government recognized institution.

This is the context on which this book is based upon.
Our protagonist Adi and Zia are a couple who are madly into love. They are into domestic partnership for several years. They behave like other normal married couple does, like going for vacation or investing together to secure their future. Still their parents, relatives and friends force them to get married. Will they marry? If yes, will it affect the relationship they had earlier? Etc, will be answered in this book.

    Unofficially Married!!!

Myself Aditya better known as Adi; you must be wondering why I haven't disclosed or used my, ‘surname’? It’s because, in general surname gives an indication of our religion, caste and other such obnoxious classification of our society and I am totally against any such division. I work in a multinational bank as an investment banker and reside in Bandra, a suburb in the financial capital of India, Mumbai.

It's 8:30 in the morning. As usual I am late. I am combing my hair in front of the mirror. I am expecting howling on me from my better half at any time soon.

You might be thinking that I am married; no I am not. I am into a domestic partnership with Zia. She is a creative director in an ad agency. Suddenly a sound comes from the dining area, 'Aditya, hurry up. It's already 8.30 in the clock.' See, I told you. 'Coming baby' I replied and came out of the bedroom to find that Zia has already prepared the breakfast. Without looking at me she says, 'For God's sake at least now try to be punctual. You are an investment banker, Remember?' 'Who says I am not punctual? I always reach office by 9.30.' Zia becomes irritated and replies, 'That's because of me. If I was not here, you will never reach your office before 12 O'clock.' No
