Mold, yes mold is a living organism. It has been arguably estimated that there are between 100,000 to 400,000 different varieties in the ‘mold universe’. Mold can be found virtually everywhere on earth, and has been around since ancient times. It has become more of a troublesome nuisance in recent years in our respective modern societies. This is not because it has become more widespread. But, it has gained more notoriety because of public awareness of its existence.
Virtually everyone, at some time or the other, has some type of mold in their home, domicile or business structure. Despite our best efforts, and regardless as to how new our homes may be, mold seems to find us. This is because mold can become airborne. Some mold particles or spores
can be found floating through the air along with dust. It reproduces by means of tiny microscopic spores that are invisible to the naked eye. It can enter our homes and places
