The Roadmap for Carbon Capture and Storage Demonstration and Deployment in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) Project was led by the Department of Climate Change, National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of the PRC, managed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and cofinanced by ADB’s Carbon Capture and Storage Fund under the Clean Energy Financing Partnership Facility.¹
