Just Where Does the Story End?
In The Roommate Dilemma
Jennie reaches a new turning point in her life. She enjoys Tina's companionship but has to decide what to do about the mooching and intrusive behavior of Tina's new boyfriend.
The story goes into detail showing how the guy is using Tina who is in denial of his true nature, which resembles that of a sociopath. Jenny first turns to Sara to get counseling for herself and Tina regarding the problems caused by the boyfriend. When setting boundaries for the boyfriend doesn't work Jenny makes the decision to move out, thus forcing Tina to also move.
But what about Sara? I couldn't leave her stuck in grief mode. I mean, life goes on. So in this story Sara is over her grieving and has even remodeled her back yard creating a meditation garden. Her turning point is that she realizes that she gets too easily involved in other people's problems. She resolves to keep out of it in the future. In this story she is confronted by Jennie about her drinking. Even after documenting how much she has been drinking since her husband died Sara decides that she loves her wine and isn't giving it up.
Since Jennie is having trouble finding a new place to live
