Doctor Who meets Outlander in this fast-faced time-travel adventure! Gwyn is back in time again but this time she's on a mission to influence the actions of Vlad the Impaler. Convincing a charismatic yet violent prince to go to war against the Ottomans is one thing, but things get complicated when Gwyn falls in love with Vlad's wife. She risks getting stuck back in time again, but gets help from an unexpected quarter - an Ottoman soldier who hates Prince Dracula and will do anything to destroy him. Vlad isn't so easy to destroy, and he won't let go of Gwyn without a fight.

Two women who are at turning points in their lives are brought together by Jumbo, a small black dog. In the interaction between the teenager fleeing a bad relationship and the grieving detective novel fan they discover new directions for their lives. By the end of the story they have become close enough friends that they can argue about religion. And Tina - the fashionista - makes her appearance. There are four more stories - all involve denial. And food. And dogs. Oh, and men too.

The Roommate Dilemma is a continuation of the story It Started with the Dog. Now Jennie and Tina, as roommates, have to deal with a man who resembles a sociopath and Sara has her own challenges. This story involves setting boundaries,gullibility and denial, testing friendships, guardian angels and a secret garden. A new dog - Heidi - enters the picture.

Stepping Out follows the Turning Points story The Roommate Dilemma. In this story Sara and Jennie are conflicted about trying to help Tina deal with her mooch of a boyfriend but how do you help someone who is in denial?. When will Tina face reality? Since Sara's part-time job is ending she seeks new ways to express herself. Jenny is in a living situation where she is dealing with new people plus dealing with her past. But they are all "stepping out".

Mothers and Daughters is the fourth story in the Turning Points series. The main characters all deal with mother/daughter relationships in different forms - the joys,sorrows and insights. Relates how the other characters are affected when Tina goes on a date that turns into a disaster. Question: how do you deal with a situation that involves someone else's mother/daughter relationship?

Once again, Gwyn must save history. To do so, she must kill a man. Not just any man – Emperor Domitian of the Roman Empire is a feared tyrant, paranoid of plots and assassins. Can Gwyn find the plotters and help them succeed? Or will she be betrayed herself? Time-Space Agent Michelle journeys back in time to rescue a kidnapped friend. Her travels take her to World War II Britain and nineteenth century Argentina, where the west is still wild and bandits roam the plain. Kidnapped herself, will she succeed in fulfilling her mission, or will she die trying? The Shift is coming. Time travel will change forever and the future depends on these two women, and the people they help live and die.

In the first story in the series is It Started With The Dog Jennie and dog meet Sara and the interaction between them changes both their lives. New characters enter in the following stories but all of them deal with relationships, denial, cooking, grief, dogs, religious belief or not, becoming independent the soothing properties of plants - or at least somewhat with all those topics - the last one is a little iffy. This final story in the Turning Point series has Tina maturing - somewhat- and trying to get her act together- at least musically, Sara and Jennie still cooking and Jennie deciding whether to risk sharing her past to help someone in the present. Sara appears to be at a new turning point in her life. By the end of the last story The Guitar all the characters have been through and resolved many problem/situations and their lives go on but without this writer to document them. Think of it as the end of season one of a television drama.
