Introduction
Back around the turn of the century (2000), I was overweight and miserable. At 4’10" tall I weighed somewhere around 200 lbs. I am not sure exactly how much I weighed back then because I was too embarrassed to step on a scale. Here is a picture so that you can see what I looked like.
